Freedom brokers canceled my policy due to them not being able to take a payment from my account, but they never tried to contact me to let me know. Now I have a fine of £150 and not insurance but they are impossible to get hold of. Web chat is closed but says its open on a Saturday and don't respond to emails. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! There is nothing good to say, they took my money then cancelled my policy with a charge of over 150.00 due to not supplying docs. they emailed me a letter that I was unable to access 4 days after it was written. No good trying to call them staff cannot / pretend they cannot hear you and hang up, the chat bot is useless AI as they usually are, they put you through to an agent who ends chat without talking to you! Result 162.00 charge for there incompetence, lack of usable website, staff do not care. They are robbing people and they know it!!! Dont take my word for it read they other 73 reviews that basically say the same!! Such a shame 1 star is not available

Auto renewed my insurance for another year although I'd rung them telling them twice that I wasn't renewing. The third time I rang a guy was blantly pretending to type my issues, which I assume won't be carried out and was rude. I've also contacted Premium Credit and told them the situation and they have helped by cancelling the policy their end. I'm still waiting on my NCB certificate, if I don't receive any communication from them within a week I'll be going to the insurance ombudsman.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY , charged loads to change an address can never get hold of them very poor customer service AWFUL

I’ve just insured my car with these thieves. They kept pestering me about documents that I sent in ages ago so I phoned them. I explained the situation with my no claims and they charged me £40 fee for making a change. And also my premium went up by £450!!! The man on the phone said can I have your long card number in case we don’t have it so I stupidly gave him it and he tried to take the money without my permission!!! Luckily they didn’t get it. Definitely avoid this company. I paid £120 deposit and they won’t return it even though I’m in the cooling off period!!!

Absolutely not happy. I cancelled my insurance it tooks 10 days, after these 10 days they just send the money in the bank but they kept 275£ for not even a month for just 23 days. They did not informed me of why the kept that money, no brwakdown of the cost. Also terrible customer service as to call them it took me 45 mins on the phone and the live chat they have some automatic messages they send through ugnot even reading what yoh are asking them.

In 21 years of driving this has to be the worst company ever to deal with. Initially took cover out and was told will receive plug in for car. However I cancelled policy with in 24 hours of taking cover. Was told by 1 of the idiots On live chat I will be full reimbursed provided I could prove I had insurance cover for the same vehicle. Proof was sent. 6 days ago Today I get a refund of poxy 45. I paid 130. I've just referred this to my bank who.will be claiming back.every penny. If you want insurance plz shop.around. stay away from these imbeciles. If I could give a review of minus 5 that will.still be generous

Telematics device doesn't work and can't get hold of anyone on phones. They say they know wait is long because lots of devices arent working so line busy so best to pay another £40 and get new device. Phone line said 'not available last week' and webchat was down. No reply to my emails either. Awful customer service and still can't login to get policy documents.

stay clear of this company ombudsman couldn't help they just clever isurance brokers just staying inside the law they will cancel your policy and blaim you dont try buying cheap insurance and dont go through a broker called freedom brokers

Terrible company avoid at all costs. My car was stolen in December tried calling them but was left on hold for 5 hours after a female only asked for my postcode and nothing else after which the call got dropped!!!!!! Yes 5 hours!!!! Contacted them on WhatsApp that was no help so I emailed them and explained that the insured car has been stolen... and guess what still no response as of 8th Feb 2023 and that was in December 2022!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst ever company I've had car insuranve with. They've cancelled my policy two weeks prior to informing me by email. Luckily i dont drive often. I'd say avoid them at all costs.

After 7 calls to this company I was fobbed off time and time again with lies and false promises to get me off the phone. David, Nicola, and Vicky all had no problems pretending to help me. I was most recently assured the money taken wrongly would be in my account by 23/01 latest. I rang on this day to be told it would be 24/01 LATEST. Here I am on 25/01 still out of pocket of OVER £200 and being told "oh we don't know how long it takes for money to go back into an account" by the same person who gave me a date to expect to receive it!! I have also asked many times for emails to be sent confirming what we'd spoken about or calls back and have received NOTHING. I am absolutely appalled and horrified that this company is allowed to operate. WORKS ALONGSIDE PREMIUM CREDIT WHO ARE THE EXACT SAME, FALSE PROMISES AND NO MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. ALL BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEIR EMPLOYEE MADE. Stay clear of this company unless you have never ending patience and enjoy your money being taken unlawfully.
