“Easy-to-use website & ordering process; efficient acknowledgment of order; speedy delivery. The (wall-mounted rainwater tank) article fitted together well, and was straightforward (for the man who was renewing my guttering) to install; since then it seems to collect properly the (small amount of ) rain which has fallen. My next-door neighbour is envious, and asked where I got it.”

“I wasn’t sure about the rainwater harvesting product I needed so emailed a question. This was answered as soon as business opened the next working day by a lady called Hayley. Product ordered and arrived quickly and was spot on for the job. Only a small purchase but despite this the customer service was nothing less than superb. Follow up emails from Hayley kept me informed and were very polite and friendly. Best customer service I have seen for a long time. Prices were also very competitive. Highly recommend this company.”

“The water butts and diverters arrived in good time and condition, the instructions were clear and all the fixings were supplied, which were up to the job, this is not always the case from some suppliers. I have fitted them in place, working well and looking good. Thanks”

“Customer Service I had a delivery of a slimline wall mounted water butt that had a pin hole leak in the area surrounding the tap. Unfortunately , there was a fire in the manufacturing facility but eventually, Freeflush secured me a replacement butt at a discount.”

“I have fitted the rain diverter to a round down pipe from a large roof and to fill a 400L tank. The video on the internet is very good and I could not have done it without that. The diverter works well and I was pleasantly surprised that it captures most of the water coming down the pipe. I recommend this product if you want a simple and effective device to collect rainwater from a roof.”

“Wall hung water butt arrived quickly and looks good. Tap leaked to start but was replaced free of charge after a phone call. Company appears to care about its products and most important it's customers. The wall hung butt looks smart and works well, a good buy worth the money.”

“Freeflush are a really friendly company and it's been a pleasure to deal with. When I bought my house 12 years ago it had one of their water butts installed, and I've recently purchased a replacement as the old one developed a leak. Delivery was very fast, and the support has been top rate.”
