“I love the natural french soap company products. The soaps smell amazing, are wonderful colours, they are rich and creamy and last really well. Ken and Sophie are very friendly and extremely helpful. They have answered my queries quickly and efficiently. The soaps are packaged beautifully and don’t take long to arrive. A little bit of France in your bathroom. I would highly recommend this family business.”

“I just wanted to mention that the messages I received from Sophie whilst I was awaiting my order, were extraordinary! It was so refreshing to be treated with such care and such a personal touch. “My order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged - all in-keeping with the brand's eco values. I ordered bamboo toothbrushes and Denttabs plus bamboo cotton buds. The products look great and work like a treat! Would recommend this lovely company to anyone. Thank you, Sophie and Ken!”

“Normally I buy my French soap while on holidays in the country however because of Covid-19 I will not be visiting France this year hence my buying online from The Natural French Soap Company The soap I received is high quality & competitively priced in addition I received a free bar of guest soap in the order. “I was most impressed with the service from start to finish. I enjoyed Sophie's humorous emails, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. She gives the impression that it's a really personal service - which it is! I am delighted with my new tablecloth: I'd wanted one like it since I first bought a similar type years ago in a French market, and the size and colour of this one are perfect. The little bonus gift of soap was a great surprise, and it smells divine. I may well be tempted to order some soap now . . . . It was all packaged extremely carefully in the silk scarf (aka cardoard box). Merci beaucoup!”

“After a misstep with ordering from another supplier that turned into a disaster of poor communications and non delivery that resulted in seeking a refund I thought I'd try one more time to use an independent. The result is that I am so glad that I did, great products, good customer service, kept updated along the way, quick delivery and everything as smoothly as you would hope it to be.”

“My soaps arrived today, wrapped in a silk scarf that resembled a cardboard box! Ordering was easy, received an amusing email to let me know that they were on their way. So happy to have fou d this company as I had to cancel my France holiday in September. Will definitely continue to order. Now just to find my favourite french shower gel”
