I'm here to let people know that almost 100% of the things advertiser on FACEBOOK ARE FAKE, SCAMMERS!!!! Please be ware before ordering anything on Facebook... don't check reviews on the advertisement... check online or check with the better business bureau. I have ordered four items from different sources on Facebook and all were scams. I don't understand why Facebook let's this happen. If something seems to good to be true...on Facebook it probably is. Just do your homework before making a purchase. Facebook is a fraud.

I ordered a couple of phone cases over a month ago and yet to receive them. I've contacted them 5 x by email and have yet to hear from the. I contacted my credit card and they advise this is an overseas company, had I known that I would not have done business with them. I would NOT buy from this company again assuming they are legit, which I am now doubting .

Placed my order for the Mickey cell phone case Feb 8th and still have not received it. Several emails to them and no response. Fraud. Disrespectful company.

What went wrong is I ordered an item a month and one week ago I have my order number and confirmation and this is why I will sue u guys for more then the $28.00 item that i purchase that you Fresh Fushia stole. U guys are giving false advertisements to steal from hard working people like me I written sent emails no response my next step is hearing from my lawyers I will spend all the money I got just to sue u guys for $28.00 that u guys stole from me...I have all my proof.... it's ridiculous

Never received my order I emailed them over and over and nothing wish I would’ve seen reviews this company is a scammers thief’s they just steal your money and never send out products out and mark them as delivered people please don’t order from this company if it really a company which I doubt they are

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering, now I'll have to initiate a chargeback with my bank because Fresh are ignoring me, don't respond to emails, webform, live chat and you can't get through on the phone. Customer service is an absolute disgrace and when it's this bad I lose all faith in their products, they're not trustworthy. Seriously, don't waste your time and money shopping here, they'll rip you off then you'll never hear from them again! My order was missing items to the value of £70!!!! That's a lot and who can afford to have some company just take that amount of their hard earned cash then ignore you. Honestly, don't buy from them, read the reviews and go elsewhere and use products from a more ethical and honest company and brand. I wish I had, would've saved me a fortune. Now instead I'm forced to initiate a chargeback because I ignored the reviews, thought couldn't possibly be that bad, boy was I wrong!

Horrible customer service! They will NOT answer emails or get back with you on their "live chat" feature. I placed an order and 2 weeks ltr it was cancelled without explanation. The product I ordered still shows available on their website. 😦

An absolute shambles, no delivery within stated window, tracking page unavailable, cannot remove credit card details and finally no response to tracking. Tried chat no response!!!

No response, no tracking, no confirmation that order is even legitimate, I think I got scammed still waiting for reply through email, not a word. Advise buy local from a company you're familiar with... and this was for a child's Christmas gift...shame on them!!!

Absolutely poor customer's service skills!!! Did I say absolutely??!!! Well let me say it again; ABSOLUTELY!!! The worst!! I just submitted another negative review in response to their review request in my email(lol!), so if you are interested, you can read the lengthy review there; but for now I will just say this- I purchased a GIFT for a friend, and I was so excited that it would come wrapped, and with a gift card(with the specified details that I provided for the company to put on the card)- Welp! The gift came! :) My friend was at my home. She opened the card, and her face completely dropped. I asked her what was wrong, and she questioned whether the gift was meant for her or not. I thought, what could she possibly mean?!! I looked at the card, and beside her name there were NINE QUESTION MARKS!!!, as if the gift was PERHAPS NOT EVEN FOR HER!!! We were both upset! I immediately called Fresh, and informed them of the horrible error. They emailed me, and informed me that the company would be sending out a package with many free items from their Fresh company, to compensate for the error. I accepted their apology, and have been waiting for almost 3 weeks now for the free gifts!! I have sent 5 emails, and they have ignored ALL!! So, this is my review!! I will never purchase anything from the FRESH company ever again; neither will my other damily members and friends! To FRESH: I kept my promise! I told you in the email yesterday(now the 6th email to your company) that I would post a negative review, if I did not hear from you all by the end of the day. You still ignored my messages. Welp! Here you go!!!! Oh... let me do NINE exclamation marks instead! (!!!!!!!!!) Haha! Enjoy!!

Just a joke of a company! They aren’t available in most locations, and then when they do become available in your area and you place an order, they email you the day before your order is supposed to arrive saying they can’t because they aren’t ready yet. To top it off, when they are finally up and running, weeks after their original timeframe, they still manage to fail at their one and only job and print the barcode on your shipping label wrong so it gets lost in a FedEx warehouse. Would never recommend them to anyone, ever!
