“If there was a disclaimer that it would take a month after ordering to get it, probably wouldn’t haven’t bought it. I get things being back logged and delayed, but just say it. Saying it will ship in 5-7 business days and not getting it till a month after purchase was annoying.”

“The products are first-rate, and I and family members have several of them, but this was absolutely the worst buying experience I've had online. Multiple emails unanswered, finally got response via Instagram and then phone. Delays in product were explained; unfortunate and it should have been disclosed when ordered (since it was a gift), but whatever. I was told the blanks would be in in a week, then a week goes by and they should be here this week, etc.
I did receive texts apologizing for the delay, but never got replies within the same day! Nor did it seem that anyone could see the previous conversations I had had in that text string (but I can)!!! Then was offered a free item "for my trouble", THREE TIMES via text, and three times I answered, and three times it was never confirmed or sent. Unbelievable. I won't say I won't buy your product again, but it will be in black if I do again. Something on the shelf. I just get spun up again having to revisit this whole experience.”
“The only way I can get the rubber lid to go completely down on the cup is to run warm water over it to stretch the rubber to secure it to fit my 16 oz Propel water bottle. Then the warm lid gets the water warm. I guess I can put it in the fridge to get it cold again. But if your not near a fridge or in a hurry you can't do that”

“I would say customer service was horrible. I did ne order and heard nothing for a week. So I emailed and they said it was an issue with the etching. So another week goes by nothing. I email again. Now it's an.issue with the bottle. Then nothing g again foe a week. Untill I got the email that said the shipping lable was made. But didn't ship m out for about another week.”

I was told it's because they don't just have product on hand and they have to engrave them when the order is processed but it looks like they just put the New England Patriots stickers on it.
