“They just always find a way to really get more money from customer. First I order buddy XL because it fits everything. They advertise mostly about 24oz cans. But it doesn't even come with the lid for 24oz cans. That has to be purchased separate. Seeing that the main advertisement for the buddy xl is for the big cans. It could come with the lid. I'd prefer the 24oz lid instead of the useless cocktail shaker they include. Makes more sense to include all pieces needed to use The way they advertise. They I ordered the drink lid with straw. Which turns out doesn't work on buddy XL. And since they make you pay for return shipping. There's no point because shipping will cost as much as the lid itself. Only company I know that doesn't include all pieces they advertise and makes you pay for return shipping. I order things online daily and I've never had to pay my own return shipping. If you buy from them. Beware you have to buy required pieces separate and make sure you want what you order or you'll be loosing money to return it.”
“The universal xl is definitely big, bigger than I was expecting. I only got it to use for my Diet Coke 16.9 size that I drink multiple of everyday. The bottle fits, but it is loose and it will spin around when I am opening it for both the first time and also after the seal is cracked. I was really excited for this product and am a little disappointed, but I am hoping that there will be another product that holds these bottles snugly.”
“I ordered 2 within a week of each other. The second one I ordered I got. 2 weeks later still nothing on the first order. I called and they found my order and said they would send it plus a free one for their mistake. Got the one I ordered 3 days later, but not the one for their mistake. It said it shipped with the other one, but I did not get it. I do not have a problem with not getting it, just do not appreciate saying you will send it, and you really did not going to send it.”
“I ordered a new lid and it came but doesn’t screw on and I sent a video of it not working and haven’t heard anything back. Would like to get a lid that fits.”

“When I received my order, it was obvious that the box had been miss-handled and the tab to cole the lid was broken. When I reported this to customer service, a partial refund was given but was advised that exchanging the item was too much of a process to persue.”
“I ordered a custom NFL buddy and a plaid one - these were gifts for someone special.
The address was one digit off - the plaid one was misdelivered and kept by whoever lives there, the $50 NFL Seahawks buddy was returned to sender - back to you guys.
Customer support was less than helpful - not even sure how you were able to auth my credit card with the wrong address but after all the back and forth - all I was sent after address collection was the plaid one.
I am out $50 even though you guys received that one back at your facility.
I have almost 10 of these things - I feel that brand loyalty should mean a little more.”
