“I have used only once I loaded it up with ice and used ice water from fridge my water was still a smidgeon cold but no ice left I feel this might be an issue with these on the website they were saying possibly a seal or something”
“I ordered the universal buddy XL but got the Big Buddy 20oz bottle cooler + cocktail shaker. I tried to contact the company 3 times about it with absolutely no response which is quite frustrating. I did get one item correctly and it works great. Just wish there was better customer service.”
“The product itself is great. The customer service, slow response, and shipping have a lot to be desired. I was told at the time of order that the color I requested was in stock. I never received a notification that it was NOT in stock. I sent emails asking about my order, tried "live chat", I called and left messages. I finally did receive one response letting me know it would ship "soon". Then, when it did ship - one month later - the tracking information (Route?) didn't work. Did I really pay for that?! All in all, not a very customer-friendly experience. I will pay a little more to order directly from Amazon so I don't need to deal with Frost Buddy customer service. Oh, and be prepared for a LOAD of emails once you order. sheesh. Unsubscribed as soon as I got my product because I didn't want to miss order updates.”
“Did not like it as an insulated coozie. Cups stuck out about 2 inches on the top; just made it awkward.
It’s decent as a cup and using the lid but there is just nothing special about it as a cup.
Not super impressed. I am going to keep and use it though.”
“I wish I could give a great review, but I still haven't received my order. Back in November I placed an order and it took 5 months o get it. I gave Frost Buddy the benefit of the doubt since it was close to Christmas when I placed my first order. Here we are, have the same issue the second time around. Needless to say, there won't be a third time. Do better!!”
“Packaging for shipping was horrible. They just threw the 2 boxes in a bag and sent them out. By the time I got them, both cups were out of their boxes and just banging around in the shipping bag. They are huge and awkward to handle if you have small hands. The one I got is not a matte finish and very slippery to try and hold. They need handles. Poor design in my opinion.”
“I attempted to customize an item and the website would not work at all. It took weeks working with customer service to place an order for 1 item. Very unsatisfied. Customer support responded via email a day or two later and never had an answer or solution. I absolutely would not order a custom item from you again.”
“Not impressed. 2 hours after I put a cold can of pop in my FrostBuddy Universal Buddy 2.0, with about 1/4 of it gone, it is 10 degrees warmer then when I put the can in. Better then sitting out but not as good as advertised.”
“Their products are fantastic but fulfilling orders in a timely fashion has proven difficult. I order 2 items (buddy of the week) on 4/23/23 for Mother's Day gifts, received one on May 9th after complaining. Contacted them about the other and they made me wait until May 21st to start a replacement order. Had better service at Christmas time.”
“Purchased for my wife for mothers day, she is a barista at Starbucks and brings home a drink everyday after work, it held the starbucks cup firmly but ice was melted in 2 hours..maybe 2.5 max which is very disappointing and the box arrived beat down and rough. For the price and all the social media hype I expected more.”
“I've had it for a little under a week and my kid drops it off the table, didn't think much of it, in till I made myself a drink and it was leaking from the bottom. Then fall wasn't that high or hard. I wish it was made better for accidental drops.”

The chat feature in the app does not work and when you call in the customer service person sounds like they are on a coffee can and string line. You can’t make out anything they. This place is comical at best. If you just order it and use it it’s fine. Who knows where this place actually is.”
“I have a to go buddy that is apparently defective. I’ve read customer service is great and takes care of customers very quickly. I haven’t had the same experience. I’ve been trying for a week now to get ahold of customer service to get a replacement. I finally got an email late Monday night asking for pictures. I sent those in Tuesday at noon and still waiting on a reply. My to go buddy does not hold ice well at all and has started getting condensation on the outside. I will be happy to change my review if I ever get the customer service that everyone talks about being so good and I get a replacement that actually works.”
