“The package was open when I received it and there were missing items. Still have not heard back from company. Sad thing is, I didn't take a picture of it and didn't realize it was open til I picked it up. Was the back side that was torn open.”
“My package said it was delivered when it wasn’t. After contacting customer service the first time they said maybe it wasn’t delivered yet and check with your local post office. After contacting them 3 more times I’m told a replacement has been sent out but there is no tracking number. Let’s see if this one ever arrives. So much for this being a Christmas gift as at this point I don’t expect it to arrive before Christmas. I’m not sure it’s going to arrive at all”
“Two of my cups came without lids. When I purchased them that was the offer during the day. (Free lids) I questioned the customer servicei in chat and they kept me in silence for 10 mins. I had to keep asking if they were there, but I wouldn't get any response except the green dot that let me know they were still there. Eventually they came on and said they would send the two lids. Today I get a text that they can no longer send the two lids because they are no longer included? What? When I bought the cups the lids they were included. Now because someone forgot to include the lids in the box, They want me to pay extra for the ones that I was supposed to have already received? These were going to be gifts. I spent over $150 and I will be returning the whole entire order because of the ridiculously horrible customer service and the poor quality control. I don't know how you can attempt to compete with the other companies when you have horrible employees.”
“I bought the camo flag frost buddy. it was not what i wanted. It only fits 2 sized cans and one beer bottle size. But it was advertised as a 10-1 buddy. When i received it both the items i bought had damaged boxes. it took over a week to get in contact with customer service so i hope i get the return and money back so i can buy the proper one! the return link, contact link, and other link do not work! Customer service does not respond enough or in time. they are barely any help. i just want my return so i can buy the one i want!”
“I’ve received a couple emails asking to review the Frost Buddy Universal can cooler I purchased. However I can’t review a product I never received. I get emails from the company daily with offers for their other products. Meanwhile the product I actually order has been stuck in transit for the past two weeks without moving or updates. I’ve sent emails with no response from the company, other than promoting their products. I’d be happy to give the product a good review if I could just actually get what I paid for.”

“Normally I wouldn't write a review, but since I keep getting "reminders" to do so, I will. I feel duped my this company. The product is worthless. The bottles I drink out of are roughly the same as a beer bottle, no bigger around but slightly shorter, and it just jiggles around. When used as a tumbler it doesn't keep drinks warm or cold any longer than a regular cup. And if you want a return, good luck. The links to set it up don't work and there is zero response to any messages to customer service. Definitely the worst purchase I made this holiday season and won't be gifting it to anyone.”

“I’ve never written a negative review, but I am very disappointed in the customer service of Frost Buddy! I made two purchases that I loved. I loved the product I received and recommended it to others. However, I made a mistake when making my last purchase and wanted to return the item and the only response I can get is what do you want to exchange it for let us know when I’ve stated multiple times I just want a return! There has been no response to my wanting to just return the item and I’m done! This whole trying to return a mistaken purchase has tainted my opinion regarding Frost Buddy. Buyer beware and make sure you don’t make a mistake while purchasing because returning it is impossible!”

“Tried ordering 7 custom Sport Buddy’s with our baseball team logo and coaches names for Christmas. Site wasn’t working and I contacted customer care. Customer care said the site was having issues with pricing being way off per unit. Told to reorder. Site again was way off. Contacted customer care again. After over a week with no response I ordered 7 plain versions. After receiving them they were boxed in a large shipping box and some of them came out of their boxes and got scratched up. Majority of the bottles had the tags falling off of them and the frost buddy boxes were damaged. This has been a very disappointing experience. From poor customer care, website ordering issues, horrible shipping dept not properly packaging shipments to damaged merchandise. This will be my last and only order.”
“I have loved the seven To-Go-Buddy I have purchased, but I ordered two Christmas Edition Neon Christmas for my daughter and I. I got a notification that my order was delivered. Imagin how disappointed I was when I got 1 To-Go-Buddy in a Red and Black Plaid that I haden't ordered. I see the cups I did order but didn't receive aren't on the website any longer. I emailed on Saturday and haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully, the customer service is good, we will see.”
