“Ordered through the site, but the discount was not applied and when I tried to cancel the order (less than 15 minutes after getting the confirmation I was told it was already in shipping. I call BS on this). After each text response, I would get a stupid little smiley face emoji (just what I want to see when I am already upset). The order was shipped even after I told them several times to cancel. Credit for the discount was applied after the fact. Maybe next time someone asks you to cancel the order you do that, even if you have to do it with a sad face emoji. Will not be ordering from your site again.”
“I ordered two of the same colors of the to go buddies with lid's. One of the mugs was dented on the bottom and the other mug game without the lid. The dented one was replaced and the other 1. They gave me a lid that doesn't even match. When I called if they told me they didn't have any lids. I would have ordered another color. Highly unsatisfied!”

“They are not as expected , I add my cup to frost buddy and they become too heavy and flip out of car console . I bought the large ones that for up to 32 oz cups . Cups don’t fit all the way in . So disappointed in performance .”

“This is the first time I have given anything but 5 stars! I have messaged through the app twice without any message back in regards to my order # fb486554 in which I ordered a neon purple ToGo lid which I received one that is pink but the bumpers were just as I ordered. I usually get good customer service and yes I have needed it a few times due to bad luck with my first to go buddy the glow in the dark one being defective and the lid broken on the my purple gradient and you’ve graciously replaced them and I appreciate it, and that’s why I’m very surprised I never have heard back about receiving a pink lid.”
“I find it funny that I received an email from the ceo/founder asking if I’m liking my Item. When I haven’t even received it yet. Ordered on 9/22/23 and today is 10/11/23 and still nothing. No update other than the original “label created, waiting on item” on the tracking number.”
“Was not impressed. It fits all size bottles only of you have an insert. That's not what I was led to believe in their advertising. Also purchased the covers with the straw. That was also a wasted purchase. Donated to Goodwill. Will never shop from them again. Highly disappointed.”
“They advertised a blue Seattle Seahawks frost buddy can holder. What I received was a grey Seahawks frost buddy can holder. In my opinion which won’t matter in this review at all is that if you are going to advertise a particular color to sell then you should either stick to that color or put an asterisk stating you could receive a different color that isn’t advertised. I contacted the company and they stated they can’t accept the return of the grey can holder but asked if I wanted another team. Ummm no I ordered the Seahawks so why would I want another team. Just feel the company should do right and accept the return and refund as nowhere on their website it says you’ll get a different color than what’s advertised. I loved the blue and do not like the grey. When ordering they should have advised I would be getting grey instead of blue and I would not have ordered. Very poor customer service. Poor communication and I will not and would not recommend to friends or family.”
