“cheap plastic insert, not metal like my other frost buddy, does not fit bottles or cans that I buy in a 6 pack or greater, if it was made for drinks sold at a convenience store I wouldn't know because it will not fit in any cup holder so I d not carry it around outside.”

My 2nd order was another 40oz Frost Buddy, again missing the free boot (and it was not the same one pictured). This time no response. I’m returning the 2nd one and will buy another brand.”

“Bought this for my wife. Says it fits the large Dutch Bros cups so I looked it up on the website. It shows pictures of the cup sitting flush with the silicone insert being used but they used a generic cup for the photo. The actual large Dutch Bros cup sits over an inch out of the top and barley sits in the Frost Buddy and doesn’t utilize the silicone so the cup is secured. I could have just used one of my RTIC cups. It works EXACTLY THE SAME.”
“The Universal Buddy XL did not come with an insert. When trying to fit any type of can or bottle, there was either too much headroom or too little. Not sure how this thing is supposed to work. Company promised to ship the missing inserts, but have not heard back since this promise was made a week ago.”

“I would give this company a -5 not necessarily for the products they sell but for their customer service. The product I purchased did not work for the purpose it was advertised and I returned the product along with the Universal cups I purchased. It took me several emails to get anyone to respond with a return label and it wasn't until I got nasty that I finally received a return label. After returning the products and the return products being received by the company (confirmed via tracking number), ten days later and still no word from the company nor a refund for the amount paid. I have emailed them and I am also disputing the charges with PayPal and my credit card until they rectify the situation. My recommendation is that you make sure you are going to be completely satisfied with their product because returning a product and receiving a refund is the most difficult thing I have had to do with a company.”
