“Advertisement says fits all Starbucks cups and it does not. I have to pour drink from Starbucks cup into the Buddy which defeats what I bought it for. Very disappointed in the product would not recommend to anyone”
“Customer service has got to be the worst I've experienced. I've reached out via text. I've sent 4 emails. I got the wrong item and no one can be held accountable to correct it. Via text I was told my email went to spam. Well if you know its there get it and look at the message!”

“Product took over a month to get delivered, I asked for updates two weeks in, was told a generic response of “it should ship in 5 days and customs take a week to make” then waited another two weeks, asked for an update again, was told their customs were on back order and was given a 10% discount (the exact same discount I used with my original order) then finally a week later I got an email it had shipped. Poor customer support and I would not recommend ordering for a timely gift. Sorry dad your birthday present came in a month late.”
“Very disappointed with the company and their customer service. I ordered a custom frost Buddy and a new insert. The new insert was never delivered, and when I called customer service they told me to file a claim with UPS and they couldn’t help me.
The custom engraved frost Buddy took two months to be delivered. I had paid for two day shipping and no one ever contacted me on the delay. I had numerous interactions with customer service and they provided different reasons for the delay, and provided no alternative solution.”
“Took 5 weeks to get my item, only after I filed a PayPal claim. When I reached out to customer service via email for order updates, they were extremely rude.”
“Have ordered twice from Frost Buddy, will not be ordering again. I am located in Canada, first time ordering they did not inform me of the currency change and also received a $40 duty fee I was unaware I would be paying until UPS arrived at my door. Second time ordering they had updated their website so it did show the currency change. There was a promotion at the time that was for free shipping and duty fees prepaid. Once again UPS showed up at my door asking $50.00 import duty fees (was supposed to be prepaid by Frost Buddy). When contacting customer service they did not apologize for my inconvenience and asked that I still pay the import duty fees and would be refunded which honestly at this point I highly doubt will happen. Awful company to purchase from. It’s a shame, great product.”
“From the beginning, I had a horrible experience. Customer service has been great for the most part. There was a very long delay in getting the frost buddy. I was offered a small discount which was great, but I still wanted the item which was long past due.
Then due to an even longer delay, I was offered a 50% discount or a free universal buddy. I went on the Google form and chose a free universal buddy. Weeks later I still have not heard anything about it, so I wrote Customer service, and told them the situation. I told them how I chose a free U.B. and was inquiring about it. They then said they issued the 50% off refund. Like they didn't even read what I wrote. I'm very Disappointed and feel like it's been a 💩 show. I heard great things about the product, n my husband loves his universal buddy he finally got. But I have a bad taste in my mouth for my first experience.”
“I ordered purple cups. The part number was wrong on the Internet now I’m being told I don’t have purple cups. Still waiting for a return receipt that I can get my money back for these cups. I don’t want pink I wanted purple.”
“I have NEVER written a bad review. I prefer to take the time to say good things. On July 9th I ordered 3 things from frost buddy, all under different order numbers. I received communication via email regarding all 3 orders... we have received your order, your order has been shipped and on 2 of the 3 (the lids and straws) I received... your order has been delivered and they were. For the 3rd order, the actual cup, the email stated I could pick it up at my local post office. The next morning a new email said it had been delivered. but it hadn't. I called the company and got voicemail, I texted and emailed, got NO response. emailed again with great detail to finally get a response "sorry you couldn't find your cup, maybe we have the wrong address, give us the right address and we will send a replacement. They hadn't even read my text or emails, as I said I received 2 of the 3 orders. 2 days ago I said, yes replace or refund my money. I have received NO response what SO EVER. I emailed the CEO and.....crickets”
