“As I write this review, the product I ordered still has not arrived. I placed the order 47 days ago. FORTY SEVEN DAYS AGO! I keep getting told the engraver was backed up by two weeks. Nothing on the website, confirmation email, or anything mentioned there would be a delay. Regardless of the initial issue, there is absolutely no excuse in a koozie taking over 6 weeks to ship.”

I ordered a reel cool dad buddy and yo7 sent me a top dad one and after I emailed you about it my ordered got changed and said I ordered the top dad one which I would never do cause I hate tom cruse”
“If there was a disclaimer that it would take a month after ordering to get it, probably wouldn’t haven’t bought it. I get things being back logged and delayed, but just say it. Saying it will ship in 5-7 business days and not getting it till a month after purchase was annoying.”
“The products are first-rate, and I and family members have several of them, but this was absolutely the worst buying experience I've had online. Multiple emails unanswered, finally got response via Instagram and then phone. Delays in product were explained; unfortunate and it should have been disclosed when ordered (since it was a gift), but whatever. I was told the blanks would be in in a week, then a week goes by and they should be here this week, etc.
I did receive texts apologizing for the delay, but never got replies within the same day! Nor did it seem that anyone could see the previous conversations I had had in that text string (but I can)!!! Then was offered a free item "for my trouble", THREE TIMES via text, and three times I answered, and three times it was never confirmed or sent. Unbelievable. I won't say I won't buy your product again, but it will be in black if I do again. Something on the shelf. I just get spun up again having to revisit this whole experience.”
“I ordered a college universal Buddy which showed available! After many repeated texts/emails on my end, I finally received it more than a month later! Frost Buddy customer service was more than lacking during this month long ordeal! They never offered me a refund! They never reached out to offer their apologies! I am very disappointed with the lack of customer support I received! I am the one who did all the reaching out!”

“The top of my Frost Buddy would not stay on the tumbler. This was so bad that the box wouldn’t even close all the way. It also did not fit all the way into the normal cup holder so it was top heavy. I excitedly awaited this product and was very disappointed in what I received. I also bought one as a gift, and I’m thinking about returning it. The number of promotional emails is ridiculously annoying. I receive one almost daily.”
“Never received the product. I contacted customer service and they said it was a postal issue. They never sent the item only printed a tag. Then they tried to offer free shipping? How stupid. Free shipping on a item that I never received. I would not recommend to anybody. Still waiting for a refund or the item “lol”.”
“I have been asked repeatedly to write reviews when my product was supposed to arrive over a month ago. It was supposed to be a birthday present that I had ordered well in advance. Don’t give your customer a date the order will be there if you can’t deliver on time. This company cannot get their ducks in a row to get the product to customers in a timely fashion and that is unacceptable. When I spoke with customer service they expected me to get in touch with the courier in a city 6 hours away from me without providing courier information to me. Absolutely ridiculous.”

“False advertising. Did not fit my large cup of coffee from Dunks, top of cup was over the top of the Frost Buddy by almost an inch. This was the reason I bought the Frost Buddy in the first place.

“I ordered an item as a gift. I was given a shipping date which didn’t happen. Communication with Frost Buddy was useless. I was given the standard “we’ll let you know when it ships” line.
One month after ordering, I received my item. Terrible customer service and I wouldn’t order again.”
“Love the concept of the frost buddy but was not pleased with the rest of the process. Shipping says 5-8 days and was not sent out until I reached out and wanted to cancel… after 14 days!!! Same thing happened to my girlfriend (did not get shipped until she reached out). Why do you give the option of 5-8 if you can’t fulfill this? And why is there no updates on shipping until you reach out?
On another note, the logo was not centered on the frost buddy. Something small but noticeable and will bother me.
I even promoted you all on my Instagram and recommended my girlfriend to purchase one. Next time I will wait to promote a product before receiving it. Which my code I was given to share for a discount did not even work for her.”
