“The Buddy itself is fine. Very disappointed that a basic black Buddy does not come with a lid. I did not read the fine print. I ordered a light blue there was a lid in the picture. I clicked on the black one and added it to my cart. I assumed for $40 it came with a lid. NOPE!! Another $9.99 +shipping and handling. Especially when a black lid comes with 4 other specialty colors - it’s not like they don’t have them in stock. Very sneaky and deceptive.”
“Customer service is absolutely awful. I have not received my purchase. Carrier claims they never received it from Frost Buddy, Frost Buddy says Carrier lost it. Every time I reach out to Customer Service they reply with my original tracking number that shows that USPS is still awaiting the package, and proceed to try and tell me it shipped. When I point out the problem to them again, they ghost me. It's theft at this point.”
“Your company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. From the original order missing to trying to get it resent. Sending me damaged products that appeared to even be used. Then the return process to get my refund taking almost a month. You should literally be ashamed of yourselves to even consider yourself a successful company. If you treat every customer as horribly as you did me then I’d be very surprised to see you in business much longer.”
“Customer service could use some work. I ordered a To Go Buddy and it took a while to receive it. I wasn’t informed they were out of stock of the color I wanted. The only way I knew that was by writing several emails over the course of several weeks. Also, I was supposed to get a lid with my frost buddy but didn’t get one. I ordered one on my own, but got the wrong size. I requested an exchange for the right lid, but was told to take a picture of the lid I received. I shouldn’t have to “prove” I have the wrong lid. Furthermore I should have gotten the correct lid with my initial order to begin with. I can’t recommend Frost Buddy to anyone, which is too bad because it is a good product.”
“The product is Fair, all it truly does it stops the sweating from dripping on your table. The largest dunkin donuts overlaps the top, however the delivery was the worst ever, they blamed it on USPS however I believe that was not the case, nothing takes 10 days to get from PA to NJ.”
“The stainless steel bottle doesn’t keep ice for even a few hours. The lid on the joe cup is poorly designed and the silicone on the to-go cup is a cheap substitute for a decent lid. I had high hopes. I had to test them to see if I liked them but they can only be returned like new. So much for hassle free returns even the link to return doesn’t work.”

Then I send back the wrong ones so I can get the right ones and I haven't received them or got any confirmation about when im gonna get them and every time I call to find out where they are different people tell me I have to wait 2 days for confirmation and now it's been over a week and still nothing. This is very unprofessional and once I finally receive them or if I don't I will never order from you guys again.”

But when I received my my cup you decided not to give the hot kids anymore but have to buy them separately! Cup was the same cost as before. Disappointing. Returned it, waiting for refund.”
