“Absolutely poor, horrible customer service! First, had to wait an eternity just for inventory shortage on a basic color, black. Then, when finally able to, was misguided by a product... and when tried to speak with customer service about it, and discuss returning via telephone, they were absolutely useless. They simply told me to use the link on the website for returns, as they couldn't do anything, because there is a special department dedicated to returns. And, not only does they link not work, constantly telling me error, but return emails are not responded to within 24 hours as promised, not even 48 hours... I'm still waiting to hear back from the return request email I sent days ago. Absolutely horrible, miserable!!!”
“Still have not received it. Ordered on August 24th received an email letting me know on September 1st that they were aware of the delay in delivery. It is now two days away from October. Yet, I have received so many requests to promote a product that I have yet to be delivered.”

They do not care about their customers nor what the public think of them. They just want you to spend your money so they can rob you. My transaction will be disputed with my bank and an attorney will be contacted, I want my money back or my product”

After waiting almost 2 weeks, I receive an email telling me that it is out of stock and to pick something else. It was a birthday present so there wasn't another that I wanted. “Does not keep beverages cold. It's like it has no insulation. Is no better than a cheap one except I gave $45 I believe. Wish I had not ordered it. I have the Universal and wanted To Go but not anymore. Wish I had my money back but there was no shipping info with it so I am unable to return it. Junk in my honest opinion.”
