“Terrible! When trying to purchase accessories. Lid and straw. They don't fit. They need more descriptions on their accessories products. Now I have expensive lid, straw and handle that don't fit my products. The actual cups are fantastic. But I'm disappointed and frustrated that the things I bought doesn't fit.”

“I made a purchase of a Buddy Bowll & Buddy of the Week Dog Mother on 4/23. I received a notice that the Buddy Bowl was delivered on 4/27. I had forgotten I had ordered the Dog Mother Buddy until I got an email & I then checked on the status of my order. It reported that the package had been delivered to USPS on 5/9 and was waiting for pickup. Today is 5/27 and it is still awaiting pickup in Effingham.”
“I ordered my first Frost Buddy on 4/23/2023 as a Mother’s Day gift (what the item was also promoted as). I write this it is 5/24/2023 and I still have not received my cup nor any shipping notice/confirmation.
I had several interactions with the customer service team. While they were polite and responsive, the fact that here it is over 1 month from when placed my order and I still haven’t gotten my cup speaks volumes. Also, I was anticipating to receive the color cup as displayed in the item description (black) but due to a supply chain issue, they couldn’t make the customer happy and give them what they ordered. I had to pick another color, none of which I liked.”
“AWFUL customer service!! I placed 1 order (bought 4 got 1 free) then realized 10 hours later I could've got a free coffee lid with each koozie so I placed the SAME order but got the free lids. I immediately emailed customer service (also left a voicemail but never heard back) to see if I could have my original order canceled. Few days later I received my 2nd order placed (with the free coffee lids) and I was missing a koozie. I still hadn't heard from customer service so assuming my 1st order was canceled? I quickly gave 3 of my 5 koozies ordered to a gal to personalize as this was Tuesday and I needed completed by Sunday (tried on frost buddy website for 4 days to customize and it wouldn't work. Kept spinning and wouldn't add to cart) contacted customer service AGAIN and they tell me my first order has now been shipped? Apparently they didn't read my original issue.... also informed me they wanted a pic of the box I received koozies in. This was 2 days later and it was already in the dumpster 🤷♀️ I'm a week out now from last hearing from the company haven't received ANY refunds nor a replacement for my missing koozie. NEVER AGAIN! it's a shame to because I really enjoy their koozies”

“How did you make the a straw for the lid and then make the straw too big to stay on the lid, once you turn it over it falls right off at first I thought eh maybe just one straw it loose but I purchased 2 lids which came with 2 straws each and none of them will stay on and I've tried both ends of the straws”
