“I originally ordered a frost buddy from Amazon, the order was not prime so I paid for shipping and the listing said it came from the actual frost buddy company. I was so excited since I was ordering this as a gift for a friends anniversary, they love to go to the beach so this would be perfect! However, the shipping said 5-7
Business days. This product took almost TWO WEEKS. At this point it was way past the anniversary date and I still had never received the product so I messaged the company to cancel. They did cancel the order and refunded everything including shipping charges. I didn’t put a bad review or anything just to cancel my order, I understand how things can get backed up and what not. I ended up ordering another one directly from the website that I thought my friend would like. It can right when it said and she LOVESSSSS IT! A few days after, to my surprise, I received a package from frost buddy. They had sent me two lovely gifts!! I believe for the unfortunate situation I had with the shipping from ordering on Amazon but I must say directly from the website is the way to go. It ended up being a few cents cheaper & the customer service is truly spectacular! They send such fun emails about their journey and how excited they are to build sales. I thought the company was truly lovely, the only reason I didn’t put five stars was the experience through Amazon but had that not happened, I would give 5 stars all the way! I appreciate the gift and thank you for your personal interest in your customers! I sent the second delivery straight to my friends house so the picture is what hey had sent me.”

“I ordered a custom NFL buddy and a plaid one - these were gifts for someone special.
The address was one digit off - the plaid one was misdelivered and kept by whoever lives there, the $50 NFL Seahawks buddy was returned to sender - back to you guys.
Customer support was less than helpful - not even sure how you were able to auth my credit card with the wrong address but after all the back and forth - all I was sent after address collection was the plaid one.
I am out $50 even though you guys received that one back at your facility.
I have almost 10 of these things - I feel that brand loyalty should mean a little more.”
