“Normally no problem usually delivered within a week waited over 2 weeks ran out of oils for a few days not good when it work from home as a beauty therapist. Had to have system bled not just a simple turning the heating back on as water and air had got in ..When it arrived lorry driver said I was lucky to get it that day loads of drivers off and he nearly didn’t go in !”

“Ordered heating oil no problems in January. Tanker was short so was due a refund. Nothing went into my account and there was no credit. Now 25 March want to order again and website says my area isn't covered. Tried to contact via online form but just keeps coming up error. There is no telephone number to phone them either. Shame as a) they owe me a refund and b) bought through them twice and they were the best price. Must admit the last order supplier was chasing me for the money when I had already paid fuel fighter. - HAS THIS FIRM GONE BUST?????”

“Requested a call day before delivery nothing.The day it did arrive we had been out most of the day luckily we had been home 5 minutes when it turned up.We would have missed the delivery because the gate and tank were locked.”

“Order was delayed due to a car crash and the road being closed the supplier rang us with with the information and reorganised the delivery and kept us in the frame all the way, when the fuel was delivered the driver was really helpful and friendly all in all a pleasure to deal with.”

“Came across Fuelfighter during my bid to order oil during the mayhem caused by the recent bad weather. So glad I found them. They quoted a cheaper price and gave a delivery date (I had been told by one company that I would just have to get in the queue and wait my turn!) The delivery was 1 day late but considering everything that was going on that week I think Fuelfighter and Chandlers, who delivered the oil, did a great job.”

“usually prompt delivery but delayed beyond stated delivery date due to weather, called the supplier and advised them just been discharged from hospital, supplier advised would mark delivery as urgent, received e-mail and delivery soon after and delivery note was marked urgent, very pleased with outcome.”

“Excellent ordering and delivery experience once again...Thank you. Easy online ordering process. Polite efficient service, whether Office Staff or Delivery Driver. Delivered in timely manner (in fact 5 days earlier than expected). Am in awe of this companies customer service, I cannot fault it, hence 5 stars. Thank you.”

“Delivery was a little slower than fuelfighter website said, they said 10 days but chandlers said “by the 6th” and it was delivered on the 6th! However the drivers are always very friendly never any problems , happy to use them”
