“Disappointed on this occasion - lowest price as always but oil didn't arrive within 5 working days which was the service I paid for - apparently tanker had broken down. Sadly no reduction in price per litre fo this delay.”

“They did not, I left my phone contact details to ensure I was contacted before delivery. This did not happen!! Luckily my wife went out for a walk and left the back gate open which normally would have been locked. Fuelfighter could not follow a simple instruction.”

“Did not text in advance for us to unlock gate and padlock on tank. Luckily I was in but due to go out very shortly and drive would have been blocked by tanker.”

“Price is good and delivery was earlier than expected. They failed to give prior notice of delivery date as requested to ensure someone was home, although driver did phone after completing previous delivery in next village and luckily someone was home.”

“Good prompt service but only got 488 ltrs delivered not 500 as requested!!!! I enquired as to why and was told that we would get a refund.... This hasn't happened... Yet!!”

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked in to this and can only suggest that 488L is what it took to fill the tank. Your refund has been processed within 4 working days of the delivery as we have to wait for suppliers to confirm deliveries which, due to their systems, can take up to 10 working days. Your bank may be where this has been delayed as once we arrange the refund banks can take 5 working days to process the refund. “Just tried leaving a disappointed review about the request for a call the day before delivery which never happened only a call on the day of delivery which wasn't ecceptable and had issues getting this review uploaded”

“We gave instructions that we should be informed the day before delivery. We weren't. On the receipt we were given it clearly stated that we were to be informed the day before delivery so that we could unlock the tank access. Added to this was the fact that we were woken at 07:30 in the morning, to unlock the tank, hardly a friendly visit considering we were both suffering from an illness at the time.”
