“Fuelfighter quoted cheapest price, no issues with them at all. Issues with delivery, even though ordered and paid ten days in advance, delivery was two days later than quoted!! Driver excellent and very courteous.”

“Best price, quick delivery. One snag was they sent a lorry that was too big to get down the drive after requesting a small lorry. ,luckily the hose just got there, otherwise good and will use again.”

“Price was good, ordering online was easy and delivery driver helpful. However, bit if a hiccup as originally advised delivery would be 22nd, which was fine as still had fuel in tank, then I got text on 10th advising delivery on 13th. On 13th my husband was staying home specifically for the delivery, so I phoned about 10.30 to get a guestimate of delivery time only to be told that the computer had sent erroneous texts and my delivery was still scheduled for 22nd, which was fine. On 15th got another text saying delivery would be on 16th, this time I checked immediately and it was correct, so was actually delivered 4 working days earlier than expected. Overall, good service.”

“Great price and USUALLY pretty good although my last delivery didn’t turn up with no explanation. I chased and received a TEXT the next day to say the tanker had broken down and my delivery was going to be the day after that. I paid for a 5 day window it took 7 days - no phone call or refund. Not HP!”

“Your 'trusted supplier' delivered to the wrong address. Because of this we were running short of heating oil. However, they refused to assist and said they could not deliver a new load for several weeks. It was only after our contacting Fuel Fighter that we got a new delivery. It was a pity we had to ask for our money back before anything was done. Top marks to FF, no marks at all to your supplier”

“usually prompt delivery but delayed beyond stated delivery date due to weather, called the supplier and advised them just been discharged from hospital, supplier advised would mark delivery as urgent, received e-mail and delivery soon after and delivery note was marked urgent, very pleased with outcome.”

“Excellent service from Fuelfighter. Good price too. Chandlers struggled to deliver on time because of the snow but made the delivery as soon as the roads were cleared. Fair play to them. I would recommend them.”
