“Ordering process is top notch. However I ordered on the 10 day lead time and ticked the box asking for a call from the supplier so I could unlock my tank. When I’d not had a call by the 9th day I rang them to check if my delivery was coming the next day fearfull that I’d been forgotten. After being put on hold & a long pause I was told it would come the following day. Previous orders had been delivered more promptly & I’d received a telephone call to inform which day.”

“I have always been satisfied with deliveries in the past however my recent order arrived 14 days earlier than scheduled. My tank was not as low as it would have been at the correct delivery date consequentially the tank would not take the final 100 litres of fuel. Payment of the full amount of ordered fuel has been taken, now I have to spend time on obtaining a refund in respect of 100 litres.”

Hello, thank you for using Fuelfighter, our suppliers always try to deliver as soon as possible within the delivery window given. Once the supplier has confirmed the delivery quantity and date a refund will automatically go back on to your card, I hope this helps. Kind Regards Fuelfighter

“The fuel was delivered well within the 10 days and as ever the price was excellent. But not for the first time the driver arrived unannounced (no advanced notice as requested) so a mad scramble to find keys and unlock the tank. Luckily we were home at the time. All we asked was notice the day before the delivery, is that so difficult?”

“Fuel prices are very good, service of when they come out very bad, was not infomed of my delivery it just arrived 7am car was in the way lock still on tank was not pleased as I gave 2 phone no.”
