Delivery was late. It took 17 days from order to delivery. I emailed 5 days before due date to be told I would have notice within 48 hours, at least that's what the reply said, never happened, then amazingly, when I questioned schedule of delivery again on the due day, the vehicle my order was in had just broken down, very convenient. Fuelfighter promised a goodwill reimbursement of £5.00 for my inconvenience.. Never materialised. Fuelfighter take your money and that's it.... I have been using them for 6 years, I might not use them again.

Normally no problem usually delivered within a week waited over 2 weeks ran out of oils for a few days not good when it work from home as a beauty therapist. Had to have system bled not just a simple turning the heating back on as water and air had got in ..When it arrived lorry driver said I was lucky to get it that day loads of drivers off and he nearly didn’t go in !

Requested a call day before delivery nothing.The day it did arrive we had been out most of the day luckily we had been home 5 minutes when it turned up.We would have missed the delivery because the gate and tank were locked.

chandlers have delivered to me before without issue this time due to weather delivery was late no calls to tell me I chased it up woman on phone very rude. got told couldn't tell me when had issue with a tanker I explained had by now ran out and have health issues got told not a lot can do have lots in same situation!!!! my house was 6 degrees inside!!!!

Paid for next day, didn't arrive in time, left my nearly 70 year old Mother with no heating in -5 temperatures. I understand it was extreme weather but with no phone call to say it wouldn't be there and having to chase myself I wasn't happy with the service.

I ordered on a delivery window up to Friday 9 feb. I phoned the supplier on the morning of the due date and was told that the order has dropped off the radar and oil would not be delivered that day. If i had not called they would not have picked this up. We were very low on oil. It came the next day. Chandlers are great local company but I am as a result nervous if using fuel fighter again

I placed an order on the7/8 Dec on a 5 day delivery, I got the delivery on the 18th, that's aproxamatly one week late, when I contacted chandlers They stated 5 Woking days from order, this is not clear in your teams, however I apreciate there was bad wether and chandlers drivers were sick, I feel the service was Les than advertised

Hello, I am so very sorry that your order was delayed slightly due to the bad weather. Our delivery schedules are all quoted on working days and the final delivery date is clearly displayed both on the quote screen and the order confirmation at checkout. I believe that the period leading up to Christmas was extremely busy due to the snow and ice on the roads which meant that suppliers struggled to get to some people in time but our suppliers worked hard to get to people in a fair and timely manner. I hope that this experience doesn't deter you from using Fuelfighter again in the future.

Fuel was not delivered on arranged date, no one informed us for the reason why? I contacted the given Tel No. late afternoon, after 4.30 pm to be told that our delivery had been rearranged, and apologised. At 517 pm received a text stated the rearranged delivery for the next day!,

I am sorry to hear you are not happy. I will look into this instance to try and prevent this happening again and will contact the supplier. I do however know that in some instances supplier do have to re-arrange deliveries due to breakdowns and weather and that customers are contacted the day before delivery later in the day once the tanker routes are confirmed. I hope this experience hasn't put you off using Fuelfighter again in the future as this is not normal practice.

Just like most of the reviews here you keep ignoring. Delivery driver requested to give at least 35 minutes notice of delivery in order to be able to return home and unlock tank. Surprise, surprise, no attempt to call before hand!! You really do win the prize for customer service (NOT)... Why do you bother getting customer feedback if you don't act on it?

Hello Thank you for your feedback, we do try to action any feedback given and value all our customers comments. I have looked at your order and contacted the supplier involved who informed me that they text you the day before the delivery but there was no actual instruction to call you 35 mins before. The supplier did give as much notice as possible as per your delivery notes. I am sorry you felt inconvenienced with this delivery.

no phone call day before in 14 years you have always ring or text to say you was coming so we could unlock the gate

Lost a star as I had requested a text before delivery so I could unlock my tank. No text and the driver delivered the fuel down the air vent to the tank! Delivery was a very prompt and came a few days earlier than expected.

We are so very sorry for missing the text message. We do aim to comply to all contact requests but it seems we missed this one. I apologise and hope that this experience doesn't put you off using Fuelfighter again next time?
