“Rapid delivery and good price but failed to notify in advance by text despite request to do so. Nearly out and tank locked.”

“Have used them for many years and have always been more than happy with the prices and delivery service. Boiler packed in yesterday and the engineer who came out just now has found water in the oil and when he had a look at the tank found that the tank filler cap was not on properly and could be problem as we have had a fair bit of rain since the last delivery just over a week ago”

“I am pleased with the ability of the tanker drivers to find my house and manage the filling of my tank so effortlesly. The drivers are always courteous and manage the drive turning manoeure without any issues. I just wish fuelfighter would deliver within the original order date window and take notice of customer messages. I had a window of between approx 5 and days and requested as late as possible to make sure of tank space. But ignored and delivered after approx 5 days despite contacting them again and asking to delay. Dissapointed.”

“I ALWAYS use Fuelfighter as their prices are UNBEATABLE. However I do have one complaint and since WCF Eastern took over Chandlers the service has gone downhill. I request a call 24 hrs. before delivery and if I do not receive the call I know it is going to be Chandlers as they NEVER EVER CALL even though the delivery ticket states quite clearly. I used to use Chandlers several years ago but left to use WCF purely because of this problem In future please get WCF to deliver, there drivers are much more friendly and they CALL you as requested!!!!”

“Competitive but marginally not the cheapest on the purchase day otherwise would have been 5 stars. However went with Fuelfighter based on previous excellent experience. Delivered promptly without fuss with out offset oil fill in front garden. Have joined there Loyalty scheme so will definitely use again.”

“Great Service, i usually use another provider but thought they were expensive and they could only do a 7 day delivery. Tried fuel fighter and they saved me money and delivered in 2 days. They didnt text me pre delivery as requested though. Overall good service.”

“Probably as good as Oil Distributors get come, but like the rest, they do tend to hike the PPL when we have a cold snap even if Oil Prices globally haven't changed.”

“Easy to book and cheaper price than competitors if booking well ahead. Only criticism is that you did not tell me when you would be delivering but gave me the latest date. An email telling me the day you would deliver would be helpful.”

“Overall the service is very good at competitive prices. Two issues, the delivery never comes until the last minute of the schedule and second, the notice of delivery is always short.”

We do try to get to everybody as quickly as possible within the stated delivery window but to ensure the best possible price we aim to group deliveries to make the routes as efficient as possible.
