“No confirmation e-mail which had me worried. Delivery was within 24 hours which I was very pleased about. Haven't opened the kitchen yet, as it is a Christmas present for my little girl. Overall I would use this company again 9/10 from me.”

“My item arrived in a box that had been ripped and bashed. My item was sticking out the box. Contacted customer services who were really unhelpful. On building our order there are indeed pieces missing, obviously dropped out the huge holes in the box. I would not buy from this company again”

“We ordered a product which turned up with the box considerably damaged and open. The delivery acceptance was duly signed packaging damaged unsure of contents. I took photo’s X 2 of damaged box and sent them by e-mail to Fun Time who responded immediately and with great courtesy by phoning me at home. They duly promptly replaced the goods on an urgent delivery, the second product turning up in excellent condition. Would happily use them again and recommend them.”

“9th November 2018. I ordered a present for my grandson. I'm still waiting on it. I don't know where it is yet. It would appear to be between Fun Time Toy Company and the delivery outfit Yodel. Fun Time say they passed it to Yodel on 2nd November. Yodel online checking say they are awaiting it. Fun time are now verifying where it is.”

“Excellent customer service. The Company dealt with us having to change item (which implied a partial refund) in no time and with a smile! I rarely experience such level of professionalism, politeness, responsiveness -- and ultimately care -- with vendors in the UK... Keep it up guys, we'll come back for more! Thanks again.”

“I was recommended to Fun Time Toy Company by Amazon after being let down by another trader. My first contact was by telephone - the staff are not just professional at what they do, they are friendly and caring too. Nothing was too much for them. The ordering process was easy and the parcel was delivered on time. They will definitely be my first port of call when I need to buy something for future presents. Thank you”

“Prices were the best I found online for what I was looking for. I haven't heard of this company but I will shop online here again. I do though think the communication about my purchases were poor, I was kept in the dark, no emails or texts to keep me updated or keep track of what I had spent my money on. I might have been out and might have missed my delivery :( luckily I was home. Saying that, I still would recommend to my friends with kids to shop here.”
