“Before I committed to Furkin I called to speak to an agent. I did the same for other per insurance providers. Furkin’s agent was knowledgeable and very helpful. The call was about education and no high pressure sales. Other providers were extremely high pressure and didn’t answer all my concerns. After a 20 minute call with Furkin I enrolled my dog Moose in their insurance program. I feel now that I have a peace of mind if my dog gets ill or injured. I hope to never use my policy but it’s there when I need it.”

“So far, so good. The attention and prompt response is a great value of Furkin. I didn't use the Insurance yet, and I hope no need it in the future. However, in comparison with many others insurances companies, Furkin has a great service offered-price ratio.”

“We adopted our little kitty Cricket in February of last year and after doing some research decided to get pet insurance through Furkin "just incase". So glad we did!! In just over a year she has been diagnosed with asthma and then struvite urinary crystals. Both of those diagnosis came with lots of tests, vet visits, and treatments. Furkin processed all our claims very quickly and I'm happy we chose them as our insurance provider.”

“My dog had an emergency which lead to several other tests to determine the underlying cause. Furkin was great, this was my first claim and I got the claim amount pretty quickly, I also had to reach out to customer support throughout for a couple things and they were super great. All in all, I’m so grateful for their services, I don’t know where I or my dog would be without them.”

“Hi Furkin, Today I called for my pet Tillie as I heard about you guys from my uncle who recently enrolled with you guys. I was looking for a quote and possibly enrolling with Furkin. I am very happy to say that I got all the information I needed. The representative I spoke to, Devin, was extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in all the information she was giving me. She did not use any language that would be up for interpretation (was very clear) and was very patient with me and happy to repeat when I didn't quite catch something. Extremely pleased with the service and the quote I got. Looking forward to moving forward with you guys. Have a wonderful day.”
