“What a wonderful experience with such a knowledge and remarkably friendly staff when we called to enquire about pet insurance!! The online application was so easy to navigate! We were so happy with the process and compassion with Furkin, which was by far superior to other insurance providers we had contacted!! “I just signed our 2 boys up for furkin the other day. I just did it online but I had to call and change something and they had me at the recording, “ you sit and stay and we’ll go get your furkin insurance” 😂. Beyond that brilliant bit, the lady I talked to was sweet and kind and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. Very happy with our decision so far.”

“I was undecided which pet insurance provider I was going to choose out of the 4 I was looking at. I spoke with Janet and she was able to explain to me the differences between providers and coverage. She also offered practical information from her experience in the pet health care field. Furkin was the lead prior to calling in but it was Janet who convinced me I had made the correct choice in providers.”
