Furniture Village owe me £300 for taking 20 weeks to deliver the wrong product. I am so worried as I have come on this website to find that many other people are in the same situation and struggling to get a refund. I will not give up on this, I will keep going until I get my £300. DO NOT USE Furniture Village, they are APPALLING.

We had a sofa, one arm chair, and a reclining chair delivered on the 22nd December 2021. Put chair in reclining position and it wouldn’t go back up. Went back to the shop we purchased them and advised of the problem. They sent an e-mail and said we would receive a reply in three days. Considering it was Christmas we didn’t have much hope of a reply. However, still not getting a response after Christmas, my husband contacted them and explained what was wrong. Asked to e-mail photos of the problem which we did. After e-mailing the photos three times, still no response. Contacted again and told they hadn’t received anything. The photos were e-mailed again have now been sent five times and still have not heard from them. Tried to call again and call was cut of twice. Like previous reviews we’ve read, seems they are eager to take your money but if you have faulty goods they don’t want to know. Totally discussed with them.

The customer service is shocking The customer service is shocking! The Northampton store manager is rude and very unhelpful not just to me but also to his online colleague. When taking our order, they didn’t take correct address or contact details which resulted in me having to chase, after giving a large deposit, they stated they couldn’t find my order! But told me if I want to cancel it would be 25% of my order yet I have never received and terms & conditions. No answer from the online contact form, on hold for over an hour only to be cut off. They still have my money and no one is available. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa in September 2021 after no updates and chasing I took delivery of half as there was an error with their delivery. I have then had to chase constantly to find the missing part of the order which was delivered today. What was delivered was wrong, wrong colour and this was a scatter back I did. Not accept delivery but the delivery guys after putting it all together wanted to leave it attached are the photos of the 2 seater and the one delivered today . Even the delivery guys said this is a different sofa

Do not order from this company!!!! Waited 6 months in my order. Yes 6 months. Processed payment through finance despite not having recieved the item. Was to be refunded for the process since the 10th December- still waiting. Foned at least 10 times told by multiple members of staff the manager will call you back. Never does. Honestly stay away!

Don’t buy from this shower. Ordered sofa in April 2021, it’s now January 2022. Spent hours on many phone calls. Dozens of emails. Multiple promised and missed delivery dates. Can’t get a refund. No customer service.

Told our table and chairs were being delivered today . Then same morning told we can't deliver for at least 2 weeks . Absolutely shocking

I got my son a dining room table and chairs 5 months ago and he didn't get them in time for Christmas and still no sign of them. I want to cancel the order as I think this is a really bad service

Eay to purchase furniture from, however, 24 weeks later I am still waiting to receive my purchase. There has been zero communication from FV unless I have contacted them. For the last 4 weeks I have been told that my items are in the the warehouse and will be delivered within 10 days. Very good at selling and taking money, but the company does not fulfil divery. I cannot believe they have not been investigated yet after reading other people's similar reviews.

Ordered corner sofa in August, told it would be delivered before Christmas but there was a slight delay and it was delivered on the 30th. Have to say our whole experience of Furniture Village has been great, from the staff in store to the delivery guys who were brilliant! Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

We ordered two sofa suites back in August 2021 and was promised a Christmas delivery. On week before Christmas was told sofas are ready for delivery and to make final payment of over £7000. We was given a delivery date of 29 th Dec. Day before, got a call telling me sofas are not at delivery site and they don’t know where they are ? My wife went to the store to complain to the Manager. We got another call telling us, sofas are now at the delivery site and would be delivered on 31st Dec. On 30 th Dec got another call telling me now their one delivery driver has gone sick and cannot discuss why and will have to cancel delivery and cannot give me another delivery date. How disgusting to treat customers in this way. The company are not even ashamed of their poor service. I wish I had read the poor reviews before spending money with this company.

Please do not buy sofas from here. They always keep giving different excuses and are not able to give your product. I had ordered on 09th May and still waiting for my 2 seater sofa. 3 seater was delivered just 1 week back. Also started my monthly payment without even delivering all products. And today they confirmed that they cannot deliver the 2 seater sofa because their manufacturer has stopped the production. They are expecting us to choose again and wait for 18 weeks more

Why don’t we collectively take furniture village to trading standards or better still to the newspaper’s and get publicity about this company surely what there doing is fraud they are taking customers money knowing full well the service is disgusting.there salespeople must be people who cannot get jobs elsewhere or they enjoy lying to the public

Well thanks furniture village, bought my sofa in June, was told delivery in 16 weeks, was delayed til November, delayed again Til December, told it was in, then told actually it wasn’t. Then told it was ready for delivery and to call to arrange, couldn’t get through, I tried 5 times, each time I was on hold for around 15-20 mins, slowly moving up the queue only to be told ‘mailbox is full, please try later!’ Infuriating!! Then I miss a call as I was working to be told it wasn’t actually ready for delivery. Now I do t have a sofa for Christmas, nothing to sit on as I sold my old sofa when furniture villlage assured me my new sofa was ready to deliver!! It’s not good enough. I will take this higher and post this feedback everywhere I can. Unless you can sort it out ASAP

I have just received my delivery today (22 Dec 21) for a table I bought on 11 July 21. This is after months of one story after another about what was happening to my order. I paid for assembling and installation of the table on delivery. The driver and his associate dropped off the packages at 9am and I am writing this review at 11.30am and they are still nowhere to be seen. They left ostensibly to find "suitable parking" and literally did a runner. Calling Furniture village before making any further decision. Shocking service

Run, run, run! Customer service is shocking. If you want to cancel an order you have to pay 25% of the total order as penalty. The sofa I ordered cost £6,000 and now they want £1,500 to cancel the order, otherwise it can't be done! I placed the order in November and the sofa will arrive in 5 months time! No one is working on our sofa, surely they could cancel the order but they won't do anything once they have your money! They are only interested in taking your money and then for any problem they find no solutions. I will have to contact ombudsman to sort it out some how... I strongly recommend to stay away from Furniture Village!!!

Get the money you are willing to spend at Furniture Village, scrunch it up and throw it directly into a burning flame. Product never arrived and shocking customer service! Please just save your money

Furniture Village Preston Store. i ordered furniture 12 weeks ago and was assured that there would be no problem on receiving this in time for Xmas , ordered was delivered Sunday 19th with half missing !! i went into the branch and spoke with the sales agent Carol who had the audacity to state that i should be happy that half had turned up !! they could not given me an explanation as to why only half my order turned up and said i would have to wait until i received a call from the distribution team. the service i got from the store was nothing short of appalling , i have spend thousands over the years at the Preston store but this will be the last time..... 0/10 for customer after care and externally rude and arrogant staff....

The leather sofa arrived was nothing like showroom one ..leather was baggy and not made well considering it cost over 3k..furniture village sent someone out but they said leather was natural and no problem with it so if I wanted to return I would lose 25% of what I paid ...called citizens advice and goods I received should be of same quality as showroom so eventually got full refund ...took 6 weeks mind you even tho they said maximum of 10 days ...fight your corner if you are unhappy
