The Rochester Slate Grey Plush Fabric Corner Sofa terrible end seat dips tilting you inwards, all padding has flattened and looks awful.... Angela Rivers the same has happened with ours we got in August 2021 have messaged company awaiting reply

Service good, the rochester suite terrible end seat dips tilting you inwards,all padding has flattened and looks creased,had this suite since July and is now hurting my back so uncomfortable bitterly disappointed.havent liased with company as yet,not a complainer don't see what can be done as its so flat now.

As other have said delivery put back time after time. Not sure how website can show same sofa as delivered in time for this Christmas when ours is not due until March. Two month wait already.

Ordered a 3&2 sofa only one arrived in stated day and second arrived over a week apart as only one was sent out at a time no explanation or apologies this has put me off from buying from this place again

We had white gloss table and six purple chairs. Chairs are really nice table is ok a bit rough and is not gloss under the table has a few missed gloss on the edges of the table I suppose for the money should not have expected any more will probably last about 12 months looks nice at a glance

I had placed a warranty claim for a sofa purchased from Furniture and Choice in 2019. Unfortunately, a replacement sofa could not be delivered and I was informed by Stainguard to select a new sofa. I had found a new sofa and paid an additional £350 for said sofa - Stainguard had placed the order on my behalf. The replacement sofa was delivered, however, I had noticed that the material of the sofa was incorrect. As you can imagine, I contacted Stainguard to figure out what went wrong. Stainguard had informed me that they did place the correct order, however, Furniture and Choice delivered the incorrect sofa. I was advised to contact Furniture and Choice directly regarding this matter. I contacted Furniture and Choice and informed them what had happened, to which Furniture and Choice acknowledged that they delivered the incorrect sofa. Furniture and Choice advised me to repackage the sofa and arrange for a collection. Now, I had disposed of the old cardboard packaging, however, Furniture and Choice delivered a roll of plastic packaging and a single roll of tape. I had contacted Furniture and Choice expressing my concerns of not being able to package sofa. I am 67 years old pensioner with a bad hip. I had expressed that as this was Furniture and Choice's fault for sending me the incorrect sofa, they should be handling the packaging of the sofa. After some back and forth and some jargon provided by Furniture and Choice, I spent over an hour and a half attempting to triple bag a sofa that weighs considerably more than me. I now have no sofa to sit on for three days until the replacement sofa arrives. Furniture and Choice had offered to send out the correct sofa, however, during this time, I noticed that the cost of the sofa had reduced by £200. Upon noticing this, I contacted Furniture and Choice to enquire if I could be refunded the cost difference of the sofa to make up for the inconvenience I had faced throughout this whole ordeal. Seeing the positive reviews of Furniture and Choice, I had expected that they would adhere to my request. Furniture and Choice informed me that I must contact Stainguard regarding this matter. Stainguard had done nothing wrong and it was in fact Furniture and Choice who delivered the incorrect sofa to me. Stainguard merely processed the order on my behalf. Furniture and Choice expressed that as no money was exchanged between myself and them, they could not offer any kind of refund. When pushed further, Furniture and Choice said that it was in fact Stainguard who had provided incorrect information to them which resulted in the delivery of the incorrect sofa. I had contacted Stainguard directly to enquire if this was accurate. Stainguard conducted an investigation and confirmed on two occasions that The correct sofa was order, and the fault lies in Furniture and Choice sending the incorrect sofa to me. I presented this information to Furniture and Choice, and customer service manager Joe stated the following “To finalise here, as you paid Staingard the extra amount, it isn't possible for us to provide any refund/payment because there arnt any on our end, regardless of who is at fault you would need to speak to Staingard regarding this to see if this is something they can do for you.” It was incredibly unprofessional that Furniture and Choice essentially backtracked from their initial claim that Stainguard was at fault. Moreover, to state “regardless of who is at fault” when it was clear that Furniture and Choice had made the error was shocking. Given that Furniture and Choice could not process any refunds, I had requested store credit of £200 as a form of compensation. Furniture and Choice ignored my request and simply reiterated that they could not process refunds. Any other business that values their customers and reputation would have owned up to their mistake rather than place blame onto another company, put things right and provided some form of compensation to make up for the distress and inconvenience I faced. But no, that is not how Furniture and Choice operate. Instead, they are fuelled by maintaining profits over integrity. I’d advise anybody that is considering purchasing items from Furniture and Choice to stay clear from this business at all costs.

I also emailed and sent photos of my peeling leather sofa 2 yrs old was told guaranteed for a year!!! Never use this company for leather When delivered the same sofa had a scratch that was repaired but now wondering if faulty

I ordered the Kingston dining table and four chairs last year The table is less than a year old and looked after well but the surface is cracking and peeling off I've spoken to someone at the company and nothing can be done about !!!!

Hi i had a leather 3 piece suit from you 2 years ago i have not use it much as i live alone an i have a stoke so been in bed alot so not been alot the one chair is all getting cracks all over a was hoping it would stay better longer i cant afford to buy another one would i beable to get a new to match. please can yu help me

We're having problems with this company too. They don't seem to want to fetch their broken furniture back and give us a refund yet they were very happy to take our money. These advisors just keep lying one after another ! They're not in the least bit bothered ! I would never ever again purchase and wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering !

UPDATE Furniture & choice still haven't collected after 4 arrangements 2 collect I'M FUMING Unprofessional My legal team will bring this matter to a close. DISGUSTING SHAME IN YOUR COMPANY I URGE ANYONE DONT EVER GIVE THEM YR SERVICE PLS .

We purchased a two and three seater Hampton Chesterfield last November 2022. At first it was comfortable enough, but then the seat cushions began to flatten after about twenty minutes of sitting on them, allowing the ridge of the settee below to dig into the back of your legs, which became very uncomfortable. My wife and I are both retired and as she suffers from diabetes, chronic kidney disease and a heart problem, seating comfort is all important. We hadn’t had the suite six months when my wife said she’d had enough and began sitting out in the sun room where we have two chairs (bought elsewhere-we have had them three years and they are still as comfortable as the day we got them). I contacted Furniture and Choice and they sent someone out from Homeserve who had a look around the sofas, sat on one cushion for about 15-20 seconds(!) and declared them, in his opinion, fit for purpose. I asked him to sit on it for about twenty minutes so he could see what really happens to the cushions but he refused and asked me to sign some form to say he had been and done his survey. I said no way and he left, telling me that Furniture and Choice would be in touch soon. A few days later, on May 23rd, I received an email from them telling me that Homeserve had informed them that the settees were not faulty and that the matter was now closed. I emailed them back to ask them to call me but since then I have heard nothing. In the past we have had suites for over ten years that remained comfortable and were only replaced because of changing colour schemes. Shame on you Furniture and Choice for not listening to your customers. Thanks to you, we now have to sit in our sun room because you supplied us with duff furniture but won’t admit it. Never again. Take heed prospective buyers.

Update still w8 4 collection of my table Phoned again Saturday spoke to customer services was fobbed off again only to be promised a call bk regarding collection SURPRISE SURPRISE NO PHONE CALL. I'M NOT GOING TO KEEP GOING BACK & FORTH IM SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE TUESDAY 1ST JUNE .

Absolutely frustrating experience I purchased A Glass Table Didn't have 2 unpack it to see it was practically bigger than my kitchen space.I phoned they scheduled a collection Frm 7.14am till 9.14am on Friday 26 May 2023 I made 4 separate calls to customer service Only to be fobbed off with lame excuses .The time is NOW 6.07PMSTILL NO COLLECTION. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVER .

If I had seen these reviews, i would not have purchased anything from this company. I bought both 3-seater and 2-seater sofa from the company worth over 1000 pounds. The first 3-seater sofa leather was torn in less than 1 month. Immediately this happened, I knew the other sofa won't last. The replacement took over 6 months. The second sofa is also torn and I am not surprised. It is a shame that you spent so much on a product yet it is very superior. I will not recommend this company at all.

i went through the credit check to buy a sofa bank details were all put in deposit taken from account and then at the end it asks for photo of passport not a problem but if they had asked for this at the beginning i would of had it to hand im at work just now so annoyed with this dek finance

Bad communication I had a table delivered that was damaged wanted a refund struggled to get it picked up I was ringing daily they couldn't give me a refund until they had collected the table this went on for over a week, I would never order from furniture and choice again!

Hi, please don’t buy any product from furniture and choice these people cheat with customer, I bought a corner leather sofa from this company within 6 weeks the sofa be damaged & company poor customer service totally refused to fix my sofa. I request everyone, Please avoid this company
