“Problem with delivery sent email was telephoned the same day. Had a speedy response by a very helpful Stevie Leigh Broadbent. Couldn't do enough well done keep up the good work. Very satisfied with delivery and furniture seems i made the right choice.”

“Just received our dining chairs today ..it took about 20 min for my Husband to put together ,after doing the first one ,he got going in no time .. lovely study and so comfy ..and for the price you cant go wrong ,we are so pleased ,good firm to deal with our order came as they said it would ...”

“Ordered table 4 chairs arrived before time. (Nice surprise) one chair was damaged in transit email them told them the problem.. nothing was to much trouble for them chair replaced within a month. Will order from them again.”

“The chesterfield sofas were large very, and the drivers 2 of them were excellent. So pleasant and very very helpful. Phoned me to say they were on their way and arrived on time. The supervisor was fantastic, in fact I did tell him I wish there were a few more more like him around. I shall certainly recommend furniture choice to my friends.”

“Originally purchased a table and chairs but requested a return on the items due to being unsatisfied. Customer aftercare service is incredible and really helpful. Due to the incredible aftersales service I proceeded to purchase a replacement table and chairs, this was the Cambridge Table and I matched this with the Black Bewley Chairs. The quality is amazing and I have had nothing but compliments regarding the overall look and quality. I would highly recommend this company as one to definitely do business with. I will absolutely be purchasing more items in the near future. Thank you Furniture Choice”

“Dining chairs arrived swiftly, were very nice but not quite dark enough! Arranged return quickly and was refunded £300 within days just as they promised. Would use again for this reason.”

“Got the kenton sofa,s end of Sept. So uncomfortable it like sitting on corrugated iron the seats are all lumpy and the lumps are very hard Am awaiting e.mail from company”

“I ordered and paid for a dining table and chairs on 5/1/21 and was kept informed by Furniture Choice of availability and delivery. The table arrived on date given in February but no chairs. I immediately rang Customer Service and spoke to Britney who confirmed that chairs should have been delivered together with table and that someone from the company would contact me the following day. This didn't happen and a number of times I had to chase delivery and then was informed that items lost and model would not be available until August. I then chose alternative replacement chairs which arrived finally arrived 22/4 but one box was damaged and two chair legs missing and the fixings. I received those items yesterday 26/4. I spoke with various Customer Advisors over the past couple of months and they have been apologetic and helpful within their remit. Unfortunately this whole experience has put me against online furniture ordering and I would not deal with Furniture Choice again.”

“Don’t shop with these .service is a disgrace .We ordered table and chairs .we waited 9 weeks then were told we would have to wait another 3 weeks .Finally when it come guess what 4 of the 6 chairs were ok .the other 2 chairs had the wrong legs .After numerous phone calls and emails .we sent a picture of the chairs .And still waiting for a reply .absolute shambles .never again .”

“Ordered a sofa in Aug,delivery was late due to covid! I'm happy with my sofa but I don't think it's go8ng to last more then a few years. Was a few discrepancies with it which to be fair was dealt with sufficiently over the phone. You get what you pay for at the end of the day.”

“Ordered an 8 seats extending dinning table of £1,380.00 and 5 chairs out of 8 arrived full of cracks all over the sitting panels and along the table frame. Has a small dent on the leather of one of the chairs as well. You would think that spending this amount of money you get premium quality but that's not the case with this company. I contacted them about and I've been offered two options, one of £100 discount or to uninstall the parts were damaged and they will arrange the new ones to arrive, obviously I didn't find either of those options to be fair as uninstalling and reinstalling it would have to be done by yourself and the £100 was to little to compensate the purpose of having paid for premium quality. I did accepted the £100 as a discount as this was the less stressful, however still not happy with what I've got for the money so the purpose of this review is not to recommend Furniture and Choice. Quality Control should be at higher standards, people are paying a lot of money for cheap materials.. chairs in specific, review that Furniture.”
