Very poor experience with goods purchased from this company. The quality was shoddy and the goods had to be thrown away - complete waste of money. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a high gloss white desk in September last year, quite pricey but looked very high end with LED lights etc. When it arrived the finish quality was extremely poor, and difficult to put together nothing fitted plush - was so poor that I complained immediately but could return as they wanted all the original packaging etc and to pay courier. The drawers were supposed to be push open and close and that didn’t work from day one, then I didn’t get the right runners so they had to send more out. They offered a 10% refund of the £360 or I’d have to pay to return it. I just put up with the fact that I have to open the drawers from the side without the push function, least they actually opened at all now with the right runners. Now 10 months later the runners have fallen to bits and I’m left with drawers that don’t even open, product is useless and £360 wasted for a poorly finished which doesn’t last a year. I went back to the support email and asked if they could send out another set of drawer runners (probably cost them £5) and the answer was no as it’s now 10 months from order - so clearly the expectation is their products and parts won’t last a year. Would avoid buying at any cost from there and don’t make the same mistake I did.

Stay away from this company they're crooks. I got a bar table the top of table and base was out of line. I sent photos showing the table top against the wall and showing how out of line it was. I was told the they couldn't see anything wrong. I then sent a video and was told it was a lovely table and if I was not satisfied with it I could return it at my own expense. The table cost £199 postage £129 to return it I would have to pay another £129. To return it would cost me £258 in postage to get £199 back. I would rather put it in skip.

Just about to order a sideboard and console table till a read all reviews gutted as cant find anything a like apart from the two on here

Terrible customer services. Returned faulty/shoddy set of bedside drawers a month ago, no acknowledgement never mind an actual refund.

I ordered a tv media unit in May and paid for it. I was then told that they were still waiting for a shipment. They said it would be delivered beginning of June and then it changed to mid July. This company should not advertise and take payment for goods they know are not in stock. Luckily I did receive a refund So I count myself one of the lucky ones although I’m sure the refund was given as I paid by PayPal. PayPal would have opened up a dispute if they had not refunded me so I would advise anyone to pay via PayPal if they do buy from this company, which I will not ever do again!

Avoid its that simple, these crooks should not be allowed to do business in uk. Nothing but lies, constantly giving fake English names with asian accents . Truly laughable, but not funny when you lost money..

I have never in my life received such appalling customer service from a company. I have repeatedly contacted this company about a replacement part I ordered and paid for in December. I have been ignored on several occasions and when I have had a response it has promised delivery dates that have come and gone. My item is now over 2 months late despite the fact they are still selling the product on their site. In desperation I contacted their CEO who has also completely ignored my mails requesting information and help to resolve my issue. I am not sure how a CEO of a company can treat his customers with so much contempt. I would avoid this company at all costs as it seems once they have your money they no longer care. Shocking service. You have been warned

The WORST company I have ever dealt with, a bunch of crooks -AVOID. They have stolen my money. I bought the miami side table - the photo on the website showed a one piece table, but with the words 'all items come flat packed unless otherwise stated'. I rang the customer service and the advisor said that the table was one piece. When it arrived, it was a cheap flat-pack item. When I told the manager about my experience, he suggested I was lying, said that none of his collegues would say that. I asked him to check the call recording and he said there wasn't one. He then lied and said they would pay return postage. When I asked for it in writing, he backtracked and said he didn't say this. He told me I would have to pay £30 to return it and I didn't trust them to refund me so didn't send it. I put a one star review on Trustpilot. I then got a call from 'Mark Andrews' (unlikely to be his real name) bribing me to take the review down and saying they would pay the return postage and refund me as soon as the table reached the warehouse. THIS IS COMPLETELY AGAINST THE TRUSTPILOT RULES and I have a recording of him doing this. Unsurprisingly, they used a dodgy courier company who took THREE attempts to collect the item, wasting my Dad's time. They finally collected it over two weeks ago. I wrote 'Mark' an email and - what a surprise! - have had no reply and no refund. DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATING ON TRUSTPILOT OR ANY OTHER SITE. The company ring up those who give bad reviews and bribe them to take them down. By the looks of it, they also put up fake good reviews.

Don't waste your time and money on this company! I have bought a sideboard from them, got delivered within 2 weeks, so wasn't that bad. Whole top of the sideboard was badly damaged - no way I could use it. They had offered to replace it, but when I have received my replacement part it was incorrect item - not for my sideboard at all. I have asked them to fix the issue for me again, but not got offered any solution just to pack it all up & they will collect the whole thing. Very disappointing, all I do now is packing their parts and waiting for drivers. Customer service not helpful at all, like they don't understand what do you actually need from them. I just hope I will get my money back and won't have to deal with this company again. Stay away and spend your money somewhere else!

Won’t be dealing with this company again ! Delivered the wrong furniture,it was quite badly damaged and the packing was also damaged .I was offered £25 compensation to keep the wrong item ,or pay to return it ! They have now agreed to collect it and I should have full refund .watch this space !

After waiting 4 months for my delivery i took time off work & waited in as i was told it would come between 2.30-5.30 pm At 4.30pm i called to check they were still coming i was assured yes it will be delivered? It never came!!!! I called them on Saturday morning to be told they had a problem with the van !!!! But nobody rang me to let me know Now they are coming on Monday Watch this space!!!! So frustrating I have placed such a big order & this is how they respect their customers I must say that Nick dealt with all my other orders that went smoothly he deserves a pay rise for his excellent customer service & chasing my deliveries & calling me back when he said he would !

Furniture looked nice online, lead time was 5-7 days until delivery, I ordered bar stools and table, after 7 days I had not received any delivery, used online tracker and asked for an eta but no one replied, after 10 days I called up and got told they had no idea when I would receive the delivery as the company who deliver the table had a van crash and would be delayed, i waited another 5 days and called again, I was told I would receive the delivery on 26th Feb and I would get a text from FIF and delivery firm, I only received an email from delivery firm, on day of delivery they attended and left all the items on the ground floor of my building and refused to carry them up (via a lift) to the 3rd floor even although I had a back injury. The girl who was delivering was extremely rude and not a good representation for the company. Item arrived and has a scratch in the chair leg and the table top is not flush. My advice is avoid this firm, poor company, poor service and poor quality products. I did feed this back to someone at their help desk but he didn’t want to know. AVOID.

If I could give a minus rating a would. Considering the amount they charge for the goods they are very poor quality. Quite simply the most awful company I've ever purchased from. We've been waiting 3 months for missing parts and the customer service is non existent. Email after email and the replies are simply ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company, paid over £400 for a wardrobe and it arrived severely damaged and the quality was awful. Expected me to pay to return the item that was completely mis-sold. Avoid at all costs, I’ve had better furniture from budget stores.

Furniture in Fashion don't care about customers. I received a damaged desk and been requesting a replacement for the damaged part. They keep offering discounts which I don't want and I see it's going to be a struggle to solve the issue. They use various couriers who don't seem to handle the goods properly. Avoid avoid avoid!

Do not buy anything from this company, if you return item even if it is damaged you will not get a FULL refund. Also the items I looked at came from China, many responsible company are now switching their manufacturing away from China.

Avoid this company at all costs!! 2 damages tables, countless emails, phone calls, waiting weeks in between each damaged item to have a replacement now it’s bordering two weeks and they can’t confirm with me wether they have the damage items (picked up by their own courier) in their possession or not. I am just constantly being told “we have to wait to hear back from the courier” or “there is no response from the courier”. This seems to be their favourite term to use “we’ve had no response” as they’ve said the same thing when I waited 3 weeks for the damaged table base to be replaced. Apparently there was “no response from the supplier” this time! They literally couldn’t care less!! The way the company treat customers is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! For the courier to also comment on their customer service that says something! I am still waiting for a refund of around £900.. AVOID THIS COMPANY I have also reported them to trading standards along with all the other people here.
