Poor quality furniture, misleading pictures on their website. I ordered 2 1m wardrobes the pictures clearly shows them as being all white, however the back panels and the draw bases are both brown and the overall built quality is lacking for the price tag. Shop somewhere else.

They only deliver to ground floor & then charge you £30 & hidden charges when you can't accept delivery. If you live in a flat with stairs & can't lift heavy items don't order. Courier refused to deliver to my door and got very aggressive shouting at a female when told if they couldn't deliver upstairs they'd have to take back item. They will then deduct hidden charges from your refund of £30 even though it's not your fault. Read their terms before ordering. Ridiculous company & shocking customer service!!! I'd advise not to order from them. Worst company ever!

Poor quality furniture. I bought a glass dining table very heavy, leg came away from the glass very dangerous table is 3 years old however expected to last longer for the money. FIF wouldn’t do anything not even an apology for the damage it could have caused. Can’t talk to anymore, poor customer service. Furniture is not good quality and will not last.

I received my console 3 weeks ago which was damaged. Took pictures and contacted Furniture in Fashion for a refund and collection. Its been 3 weeks and the courier has still not come to collect the goods. Ive contacted the courier and the FIF but no real developments happening. The service i have received from this company is not as efficient as CFS and other companies but I am waiting until i receive my refund and then i will be in a far better position to write a thorough and honest review---- watch this space :)

Worst company and incredibly disappointed about customer service. I don't normally opt for bringing business down, I sustain and trust they put customers at the centre of their business. But not with Furniture in Fashion. Spend over £3500, wanting to speak to customer service non available over the phone. Communication is done via email, with long wait on replay. Matter solved- NO. On damaged items its impossible to get them replaced or full refund. For items ordered, they change transport collection fee (between £35-50) so it makes it difficult for customer to win this game. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering, I wouldn't have spend so much money and energy. I got a lost of £450 on an approximately £3500 order. Disappointed how this business is treating customers, thinking that their poor quality items makes the customer fault, pushing transport fee on each item collected so we lose almost 40-50% of the value. Compensation on 5% is hilarious when even IKEA gives your money back or replaces the items. No manager available to discuss the matter, emails back and forth, with no satisfactory outcome for the client. One little advice for those ordering. Beautiful pictures on the website, but please check every piece on delivery, terms on conditions stipulate 7 days return(but because Easter period being off they've done no exemption) product lost to start with. If unhappy with items on delivery, refuse delivery. They will call back asking why, but at least you'll get your money back. It's good when items are in good state, but once damaged or any issues during assembly its a nightmare to get anything back from them, and I'm reporting thousands of pounds spend. I am absolutely disgusted how they've dealt with my case. As a growing business I wish them all the best, but I doubt they will get far if they continuing treating customers like this. Customers satisfaction should be their main strategy on this over saturated market...they are nowhere close.

Furniture was damaged and then covered up with white paint to conceal the damage, terrible customer service, refused to replace the items which cost me £200.

I bought tv wall cabinet take 1 month and half to be delivered on my address so open the cartoon and discover two missing brackets and call customer service they said that it will take another month to arrive to the depot and delivery on my address, not worthy so if you want buy cabinet do not buy in this website there is always something goes wrong!!

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered TV cabinet which turned up with the wrong parts and some of the parts damaged and it took 3 weeks to get replacements, after a month one of the door hinges broke but this is apparently wear and tear as opposed to a faulty part, complete joke!

Returned item which was the wrong size,advertised as much larger.Several emails to have it picked up ,now waiting for a refund,emails not replied to.I have been duped.This company doesn’t do customer service but they are great at customer avoidance

Avoid dealing with this company. They take your money, then say not in stock and they should have it in a month's time. No automatic refund. You will have no idea if what you are buying is in stock AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVOID AVOID! All their furniture comes from Italy and it takes over 3 months. They lie about the dates. They make you pay for the product online even when it is not in stock. The sales people are rude and and robotic response. They start some sort of Disney jungle cruise story about your product. It is in a cargo ship container battling through waves and Tsunami's and pirates. Then the excuse thatsomehow customs with seize the product because it has some high street value???!!!! excuses, excuses, excuses. Never ever again would I buy nor would I recommend. Please avoid. You will pay and never see the product.

I have previously written a 5* review for the sales process despite the terrible delivery experience which wasn’t their fault I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I have since had nothing but issues with the after sales. 3 months and 9 days after delivery my sofa seat started to really sag and you can hear it push in with weight applied. I am more annoyed with the fact the sofa is rarely sat on so this must of happened only after under a month of use. I originally opted for a refund due to concerns of the quality of the product. I have since changed my mind and asked for a replacement (which is what FIF offered me first) as I do love the look of the sofa and it has been like pulling teeth to arrange this. I have tried to speak to a manager on numerous occasions now and am yet to be put through to one to get this resolved. Apparently no managers are contactable via phone. I am now told that I must send the sofa back for a refund, then re order the sofa which is out of stock for 6 months! So they are expecting me to have no sofa for 6 months instead of swapping my current one when the replacement is in stock. I am happy to wait with this broken sofa which is what I have expressed multiple times but I am getting no luck trying to arrange this as the broken sofa will just be thrown in the bin by them what is the urgency of needing it back so soon? It is a shame as I was previously really happy with the company and this has completely changed my mind.

Delivery took weeks to come and when it did the table was clearly visibly damaged , base of table was scratched , stools are really poor quality. They refuse to accept liability for this and will not offer a full refund. Instead they offer me 25.00 to 50.00 voucher when this table cost nearly 700.00 They have declined to call me to discuss or take my call. I am taking this to trading standards Shocking service and terrible quality of goods. Do not buy from them at all.

Absolutely shocking after service. 3 of the 4 Ritz bar stools are now unusable after just over 3 months. Furniture in fashion have made the process of any kind of resolve so difficult. We have had no other option other than to purchase new stools from a reputable company. Avoid FIF at all costs

Iv got lot off furniture in the past from so many different companys for my charity this is the worsed company iv ever had to deal with cabin damage then wanted more money to replace brack parts then wanted more money for bolts and screws run away if ever see this company how they get away with it beyond me

I would have scored ZERO but didn’t have that option. What a bunch of cowboys this lot are. I ordered a white gloss coffee table. It turned up and it was in really poor condition, damaged, poorly made, terrible quality etc. It was so bad I packaged it back up and requested a collection and refund. They offered me 10% discount to keep it then 15% but I refused and demanded a full refund. They said they would arrange collection but this has never materialised. I have now contacted my credit card company and requested a charge back against them. I’m still waiting a resolution. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. The quality of goods is rubbish. Don’t waste your money.
