“Always excellent service and very good quality products. My garden has never had so many birds in it since I regularly keep feeders stocked with a variety of foodstuffs all available from the same place. Even able to feed our hedgehogs using their produsts, we have had them in our garden for many year's now. The products are always really well packed. The courier is reliable, the website is easy to navigate, and easy to understand. Couldn't do better really, and there are often good deals to be had with regular special offers.”

“Passed onto this company (when my old supplier stopped online business) about two years ago - still able to buy my old favourite (birds, of course, not me) mix, further Garden Bird mixes and their fairly priced quality sunflower hearts - service has been every bit as good as I had been getting previously (still with DPD as courier) - Thank you all, a currently very happy customer.”

“No issue with the items themselves but I don't understand the need to pack every item into one box. 28kg total weight. Not every courier is capable of carrying such a weighty parcel. Neighbour told me he had to intervene when he saw the courier buckling under the weight of my delivery. Not the only company to do this sadly. Think more about saving a few pennies on delivery costs than they do about the health and welfare of the people delivering. It's nonsense really and puts me off further orders.”

“No help at all from the customer service team about a delayed order and DPD To be honest this is a totally unreliable company and would not recommend dealing with them if you require bird food delivered on time. They just do not care about customers and more importantly about the birds who are suffering in the cold weather. And no updates or communication from garden bird whatsoever.”

“!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! The products are not fit for purpose. I bought classic suet fat balls and the birds are not interested in them (I feed my birds every day of the year so I know if they're not interested in them). The suet feeder arrived bent and battered. Have tried to speak to the customer service team who are not interested. They hike up the stars for the product by getting one person to put lots of 5 stars reviews so you can't trust what the reviews say. Don't waste your money on their suet balls go to Amazon and buy the RSPB super suet balls, same price and the birds love them.”

“25Kg Niger seed ordered 26th July. No delivery confirmation after a few days. Emailed Garden Bird who promised delivery on 5th August. Didn’t arrive. I phoned after a further few days. Told that the packaging had been damaged. Reassured that problem would be sorted. I asked for email confirmation. This was not sent. Order eventually delivered to the wrong address yesterday, 12th August. I complained to delivery company, who explained that the delivery address was incomplete, having only my name and postcode. Therefore left with neighbour. Unacceptably poor service from Garden Bird.”

“beware of small print as a way of conning you MAde a more expensive purchase to take advantage of a free gift only to not get the free gift despite it being explicitly mentioned on my order confirmation. On querying this told small print explained why i couldnt have it. Parcel was very heavy and packaging totally unsuitable so arrived open and damaged. shall not be ordering from them again. Be aware”

“Bought squirrel proof feeders which advert says were expensive and sturdy. Stupidly I assumed they were expensive feeders which they were selling cheaply. They were cheap but sturdy they were not and I think our squirrels will quickly demolish them. Garden Bird did agree that I could return them but would not pay return carriage which I thought was unfair as the product descriptions were wrong and misleading.”
