“Your products are great and really good value. However, you are constantly let down by DPD. I have made 5 complaints over 18 months to DPD and nothing changes. My order is thrown over my back garden gate and splits open or- as recently- whilst I was waiting by my front door for the delivery of 15.5kgs DPD delivered it 4 doors away. I wish you could have more than one choice of delivery company. Sadly I won't be shopping with you anymore.”

“Great variety of quality wildlife foods at reasonable prices, despatch & delivery is fast and very reliable. I have a huge variety of wildlife visiting the garden with many birds of all sizes and hedgehogs nightly. Regretfully the sparrowhawks get fed too as the birds are so abundant. Only problem is the food goes too fast !”

“I buy all our bird food from Garden Bird. We live in a rural area and have masses of birds around our garden including a flock of sparrows who live in the hedge near our feeding station. The flock increases every year which I am sure is down to their plentiful supply of Garden Bird supplies. In addition there are regular offers which makes feeding the birds a little more economical in these straitened times. I feel a huge responsibility to help our feathered friends as we humans are responsible for their loss of habitat. having Garden Bird help me do that makes me very happy !”
