“Awful customer service. I placed a relatively expensive order for what was to be the first of many regular purchases as I own a bird shelter. The suet pellets I needed were not sent; in their place suet logs arrived. I was told to just grate them up, which I explained I cannot do due to a disability which affects my dexterity. I was told that a replacement would not be sent as the cost of the pellets was too low to warrant delivery despite the fact a mistake had been made by whoever processed my items. When I objected I was told an exception would be made due to my circumstances and was assured the pellets would be sent. Two weeks later and still no pellets. I called and was told that the owner of the business had decided not to honour the promise and that I would not be receiving the pellets I need for my rescue birds. I received no email regarding this, and was told I could not contact the manager as the contact details could not be given out. Avoid this company. They are unorganised, unprofessional and untrustworthy.”
