“ I ordered a garage on the 2nd Feb on a 6-10 week lead time and nearly 14 weeks later I'm still waiting for it. Their customer service team do reply to emails quite promptly, but they can't tell me when I can expect delivery and just say they'll let me know when it's ready. Very frustrating to deal with and would not recommend. ”

“ o not use this company. Shoddy quality wood which was split right through. This was a saturday morning mid way through the build I realised so brought a new piece of timber to continue. They refuse to reimburse and state I should have waited 2 days for the office to open and a week for it to be delivered! Wood is giving my kids splinters. Poor quality, poor service ”
