“Very efficient, removed all old tanks, immersion heater and pipework. Made sure all radiators worked and freed blockage from 2 radiators. Finshed in 1 day.”

“Very happy with my new boiler and the service we received from boiler plan uk was first class from start to completion , we had a very fast service and after a surveyor visited our house we had our boiler installed in 5 days , which was excellent as our old boiler had broken down and our boiler insurance company would not repair it . Boiler plan give us a good price and a 10 year manufacturers warranty, and were flexible on repayment terms . The engineer who installed the boiler was professional and had a good knowledge of the product , made sure we new how to use it , cleaned up and removed the old boiler and all packaging .”

“From inception to completion a magnificent effort and as perfect a job as possible considering the difficulties. Graham was absolutely key for his knowledge during the sales phase. During the execution of the work Rick and Ryan (18 years old!) were impeccable on the task. We have never seen a teenager work so hard! Ricky was also very good and knowledgable of how to complete the job. New boiler and full repipe of the house and extension (11 rads). They started at 8am and after some discussions and planning, worked tirelessly non stop until 10.30pm to complete the main job! Their dedication and motivation is unseen in this day and age! True star performers. The extension was finished the next day. This was easily a 3 day job finished in record time. I have no hesitation recommending or referring them all. A Credit to any company. “Installer arrived as scheduled travelling from Hull as the expected guy was off sick. Dale was friendly and competent explaining all he was planning to do and kept me informed as he worked. I couldn't fault his workmanship, he worked all day on his own. I was having a combi boiler fitted which was replacing conventional boiler, hot water cylinder and everything was removed in a tidy fashion. A visit from the Area Manager to help take the old boiler away and 6.30 he was on his way. Next day Dale arrived to finish off working again till 6.30. New valves were omitted from my order but this was solved the next working day. However one of these I discovered had a leak, but was rectified without hesitation. I would happily recommend Boilerplan for price, courtesy and knowledge.”

“Every person I have spoken with in their head office has been superb. The ultimate in customer care in my experience. The engineer that fitted my boiler was very competent and when the installation threw up difficulties due to the layout of my house, he was reassuring and able to overcome them. The boiler has made a massive difference to us, particularly when using our two wet rooms at the same time. we couldn't have done that before. I'm so happy with the product and service that I'm telling everybody.”

“Fantastic service from first enquiry through to installation. Katie Hunter was very helpful with sorting all the admin side of things out and Michael who fitted the boiler for us was very professional and got the job done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you all!”

“Very Happy with the service. The first contact with the agent over the phone who was very helpful, to the next day visit by the engineer that sorted out what needed to be done. The fitters that did a complicated installation where very professional and personable considering they had to run a new gas pie though the house they did so with the minimum of disruption and fuss and cleaned up after themselves. From first contact to completion was less than a week. i would recommend to anyone.”
