“Very pleased with service received from Boiler Plan. We had a visit and a quote from the company within a few hours of enquiry. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently with minimum upheaval. All in all I'm very pleased and would highly recommend this company.”

“From initial contact this company has been warm and professional plus there has been no hard push from the sales side of things. The engineer that came out to complete the site assessment was really helpful, went through the options we had and then gave really clear guidance on boiler and installation choices. We opted for a Worcester bosch combi sytem with removal of the old tank and pipework. The prices weren't the cheapest, but a lot cheaper than others, the availability to install was good and the interest free credit option with a deposit clinched it for me. Credit application was straight forward and simple, follow up details were received straight away, then when the engineers turned up they were done and completed in a day instead of the estimated 2 days with everythng as tidy as when they turned up. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone requiring a new boiler”

“Excellent service from start to finish... admin and staff at boiler plan professional in every aspect Installation engineer was great and did a first class and clean job. Explanation of the new boiler and nest stat very good and easy to understand highly recommend boiler plan.”

“Installation Date 28th & 29th March 2019. Excellent surveyor honest, great price, fitting team were, fast, efficient, very clean and tidy, no mess left, they explained how to use the system correctly. I would recommend Boiler PlanUK over and over again, Five Star ?? Plus Service.”

“We have just had a Worcester Bosch boiler fitted and would highly recommend Boiler Plan to anyone looking for an installer. From the initial visit from Graham right through to Tony and Paul fitting the boiler, our experience has been one of top class efficiency. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of them. Graham has been contactable throughout and the fitters worked really hard all day to get the job completed. They were tidy, pleasant and respectful taking care not to damage anything as they moved between our cellar and attic eaves to complete the job. Communication has been great throughout and the office staff were friendly and pleasant. Lastly, in terms of price, we had numerous quotes and Boiler Plan were very competitive. Great Job :)”

“Great service from start to finish. Sarah arranged the survey at the start of the process, she was very friendly and knowledgable. Graham then visited my property and gave a very good quote on new Worcester Bosch combo, again he was very friendly and knowledgable. The install was completed by two engineers who were very good and professional, they did a fantastic job. Great peace of mind knowing that I have a new boiler with a ten year warranty. I highly recommend Boiler Plan, they beat previous quotes I had and did an amazing job.”
