“Craig and his team who called to do the job were really excellent and thorough throughout the day and a half's installation, returned my house to how it was before they came (had to take up floorboards) and finished off to a high standard. Cheers Steve Handley”

“Cannot fault Boiler Plan in any way. The initial consultation was fantastic, informative and very thorough. The 2 lads who installed the full system we had were amazing. Lovely lads (James and Jon) who worked their socks off from arriving til they left at 9.15pm. The system looks great and is working faultlessly. This will be the first winter for 4 years that I won't panic every morning that my children will be cold because of an ancient system! Nothing was too much of a problem for the lads, they were outside grafting in the snow and ice, they even left us a smiley face in the filler from the old vent in our kitchen which we've left for comedy value ?? Highly recommend Boiler Plan UK to anyone, thankyou.”

“I could use swear words as to how excellent this company is..but I won't.. Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end,I would drive them to your house if I could. I had a list of others to choose from but they came out on top and I'm so glad I chose them. You won't be disappointed”

“What an excellent service from boiler plan. From the staff booking a survey, the suvey itself and the fitting. Very friendly, patient and proffessional service all round. The work was of a very high standard, very quick and everything went extremely well, my thanks to all the staff for their wonderful service,care and understanding. I would highly secommend the service i recieved from Boiler Plan.”

“We moved in to a new house 25 years ago the boiler was fine up to 2 years ago then we had all sorts of problems.The pilot light would go out on a regular basis ( usually in the winter) the noises coming from the pipes banging was horrendous so I eventually decided to do something about it.Luckily I contacted boiler plan and it was the best thing I've ever done. They came out and their rep.suggested we get a combi boiler.I said no just give me the same as I originally had,the fitter came out with the boiler I had ordered.I told him about the pipe banging and he really helped by telling me that this new boiler would not change that and said a combi boiler was really needed.I then charged to a combi and although he had the original boiler I had ordered in the van it was no bother to them and no extra cost either.This fitter (Thomas) then proceeded to virtually change our whole heating system. When he had finished (and he worked relentlessly) we had extra power to our shower which up until then we had needed an electric motor,the flow from the taps was a lot more powerful and we had noise free heating which could be controlled from a mobile phone as well ,it was unbelievable and I have absolutely no problem in saying that this company and the fitter I had are 2nd to none”

“From start to finish I felt I was in the capable hands of a company who knew what they were doing, they took all the stress and decision making away from me. I had several quotes one slightly less than Boiler Plan and 3 that were more. Getting the cheapest quote wasn't my main priority, I was undecided whether to change my original 'heat only' boiler to a combi,or whether my system needed a chemical flush etc; I did a WhatsApp video call with Wendy Lynch, Wendy was very professional and guided me through everything and explained the process. within a couple of hours my quote and boiler recommendation arrived by email. I just had a good feel about Boiler Plan and I wasn't disappointed with my choice. I contacted Wendy and she talked me through the type of boiler they would fit, when the job would be done and exactly what they would do. She also took me through all the payment options, once I decided Wendy sorted everything out. On the day of fitting, the engineer Chris Day, arrived promptly. Chris was extremely hard working, very efficient, polite and simply 'got on' with the job. There was quite a bit more work in changing my boiler from heat only to a combi, but Chris planned the job and completed it in good time without fuss or mess, he also ensured we knew exactly how the boiler operated before he left. I was contacted a couple of times by Boiler Plan to ensure I was happy with the whole process. I was also given a 10 year guarantee on the new boiler and offered a maintenance plan that covered the whole of my heating system, including parts and labour for ?96 per year (?8 per month) incorporated in that price was an annual service, absolutely brilliant value for money and for peace of mind and worry free for the next decade.”

“Absolutely great service, I looked on the internet they were vey competitive with price,communication was the best ever people contacted me when they said they would and because my boiler was broken and all the local tradesmen let me down from picking my new boiler on Friday was installed Monday the engineer was pleasant and professional would recommend to friends and family to use”

“Brilliant job! I had my hot air system changed to a combi boiler. Big job as all radiators and pipes needed to be installed. Job was finished in 2 days. Very happy and satisfied. James was really friendly and explained everything after he finished. Definitely recommend!”

“Absolutely amazing company, hard to find great service in this day and age but this company delivered it to the max, from the staff at head office (sarah & john) to peter who came and quoted us and Pete Denson our awesome installer, nothing phased this guy what a professional. he plumbs, he builds, he is so efficient and knowledgeable, trust me if you get Pete Denson doing your install it will be done 100% correct and with minimal fuss. highly recommend boiler plan great communication, great finance plan, great staff. thank you for a pleasant experience. Mr & Mrs King”

“Four words - fantastic installation, superb service. Had a couple of minor issues at install and it was no trouble at all for the engineer to get things sorted. It should be noted that issues were with awkward flu and wireless Honeywell system from previous system but all sorted out on the day without any fuss. Excellent all round so would definitely recommend. Oh and Worcester Bosch is a great boiler - even looks good. Paul, Nottingham”
