“Start to finish an excellent service. Boiler Plan do it all at a level without compromise. The service has been top notch The fitters were fantastic and did a sterling job well done and thanks. Not that I intend to buy another boiler in the near future but I would not hesitate to recommend boiler plan to anyone.”

“I have rated the service 5 stars because everyone I dealt with were excellent. From the lady I spoke to on the phone, the guy who came to do the survey and the two lads who did the installation. We did have a an issue with one of the pipes leaking which i noticed later that night. I phoned boiler plan the folliwing morning and the problem was fixed that day. The lads couldn't apologise enough. I didn't feel this was a good enough reason to knock a star off. Things go wrong, it's how the problem is dealt with that is more important. The installation was done in a day with little disruption. They were friendly, helpful and left my house as clean as it was when they arrived.”

“this was a very good service. Came out to give a quote Thursday boiler installed the next Tuesday. The enginears arrived about 8.15 and didn't leave until gone 7pm. Not once did they stop working.”

“I was blue til i found B.Plan on a google search. A prompt response to my urgent call brought a courteous chap round to assess the job and give a competitive quote. It was a tricky job, involving different aspects which were solved with a minimum of fuss or mess by a competent technician who had the job done with time to spare. A quality boiler is now giving me all the hot water i could wish for and providing an economical solution to my heating. Top marks all round.”

“The office staff at Bolier Plan UK are very polite and helpful. The engineer was very professional and did a great job with minimal mess. He also took the old boiler away afterwards so we didn't have to dispose of it ourselves. The new boiler works brilliantly and the plan includes a 7 year warranty. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“Boiler Plan UK were outstanding in every aspect of the service they delivered for us when we needed our boiler completely replacing. From the survey engineer who came out and realised how complicated the job would be to the fitters who came and installed the boiler, every one was professional, on time and delivered and excellent service. The sales staff on the other end of the phone appreciated our needs and really worked hard to deliver. Katie even arranged an electrician to come from the other side of the county in order to complete out job on the day we'd arranged so that we wouldn't have to wait. I would have absolutely no reservation in recommending Boiler Plan UK to anyone looking to replace their boiler.”

“Excellent, caring,no bs , from the people in the office that sorted things out, Sarah williams,katie.. The same from the man who came to survey the job Mark. The fitter that came to do the job Pete, ran in to lots of issues and overcame them, did an outstanding job, stayed longer than needed to make sure everything was running smoothly. I had another issue, which wasn't boiler plans fault, to do with my existing piping set-up, a manager and ex engineer Michael Hunt drove all the way down from York to overcome and sort out the problem I was facing. Everyone in this company is helpful, friendly and honest. I can't recommend them enough. If you are reading this and are thinking of getting a new boiler,GO FOR IT! James Preston.”

“Boiler Plan were amazing. From their customer service to their installation. They got me a fast appointment when my boiler broke down and they didn't rip me off! Their fitter, Ivan was amazing, so friendly and polite and his work was super tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Thank you for my new boiler ,the installation was great all though I had to wait a little longer for the electrics to be done was well worth the wait every one cleaned up after them ,I now I lovely hot water and heating thank you all well pleased”
