“We had excellent service from start to finish - our installer Pete and His apprentice Harvey was absolutely amazing - nothing was too much trouble - I was really happy and felt confident in leaving them to do work and job was all completed in a day x”

“Everything was fine regarding the installation, as was the installer. However I cannot say the same for the after sales service. After two weeks of the new boiler, I contacted the installer to ask about a difficulty experienced with the thermostat/timer. He could not answer my query but he promised to phone back that evening after contacting "Michael" who would know the answer. He advised me to contact the office which I did and repeated my query. That person couldn't give an answer but she said that she would contact the installer and Michael. No return calls were made. One week later I contacted the office again and spoke to a different person who informed me that no query had been logged. Again she could not answer my query but said she would make inquiries and call back. She has not done so. As it happens I have now managed to answer my query but marks out of ten for after sales service have to be nil. I do not need an answer now but an apology would be appreciated. Thank you Ian Turnbull”

“My old boiler gave up the ghost the week before Christmas and as I was leaving for a 6 week holiday on Christmas Eve, I was most concerned that I may be leaving the lodger without heat, however Boiler Plan made sure that everything was sorted for the day before I left. The fitter was extremely efficient, pleasant and cleaned up after himself, in fact the flat was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived.”

“In short, I couldn't be happier. Getting a boiler installed was a lot easier and quicker than I expected. The survey was arranged within a week, and the guy was brilliant - made me feel like it wasn't such a big deal after all and it would all be taken care of. And it turned out that it would be half the price that British Gas had quoted me! Then it was arranged for a week later. Yes, that was one week later. Again, British Gas had told me that it would be two months! Two months with no hot water... I don't think so. The engineer, Thomas, turned up with his apprentice and they were everything you could hope for from a boiler engineer - experienced, friendly, knowledgable, efficient, tidy, and just basically a nice person.”

“Excellent company to deal with. They plan the installation date and arrive on time, fitted the new boiler without any problems, cleaned up and showed us how to programme it. The fitters were very polite and I can without hesitation, recommend them.”

“Installers contacted me on prearranged day, to be fair they let me know they were running late. The install was not a straight forward one (back boiler to combi ) but the guys (Jimmy 5 stars and his trusty mate) made short work of it they were booked for 2 days but with my agreement they worked late and completed it with little mess and a professional finish in the one day. Since then ( 2 months as now) we have had no issues! Thanks to all who we dealt with including the guy who came around the give us the quotation, he too was professional and not in the least be pushy ! I would have no problems in recommend boiler plan UK or using them again ! Many thanks once again !”

“Would highly recommend boiler plan. Excellent service from start to finish by Gary from boiler plan and lee who came out to fit my new combi as i was going from a back boiler to combi i thought the mess would b horrendous but lee and his colleague kept it minimal and cleaned up after themselves. Brilliant!!!”

“From my initial call to Boiler Plan, I was greeted by a lovely professional lady called Sarah, who explained everthing in great detail to me. An appointment was made for one of the Technicians to attend my property, and carry out a full survey. All with no obligation to go ahead at the end of the day! Graeme arrived, and provided us with his background history within the industry, which made us feel confident that we had chosen the right company to remove our very old inneficient boiler, to a new updated Woster Bosch Boiler. We signed there and then, and within a few days Tony arrived to fit out new boiler. Tony was absolutely fantastic, he never stopped working from start to finish, and had installation completed within a day and a half! He came across a few challenges, but overcame these and finished with a job well done all round. There was no mess at the end of the day, as everything was cleaned up afterwards. This guy deserves a pay rise! To say we were over the moon with the service from start to finish is an understatement, and I would have no issues in recommending Boiler Plan to friends and family! Kep up the good work guys!”

“I contacted Boiler Plan UK by email. I received a prompt reply by telephone, they sent out someone that day as there was a cancellation, he, Ian, was very efficient & explained all I needed to know re. the boiler, cost, method of payment, I made a decision right there & then & the boiler was installed at the first opportunity. The installation was straight forward, the engineer took great care in protecting my floors, he vacuumed any rubbish,... it was timely, I was given instruction on how to use the control, contact points should there be any issues or uncertainty about the controls. The boiler is of high standard & since installation it is a 'dream'! I am really happy with the work carried our; I chose a plan where I can afford the cost & there is a 10yr warranty in place. If I hear of anyone needed their boiler replaced Boiler Plan UK will have my 100% recommendation. Also Sarah & Katie were so easy to chat to & their approach was friendly & personal.”

“boiler was fitted in the same day, all mess cleared , Work was done when said, on time fitters did a great job, he showed me how to fill it and set the timer ect , hassle free good service, Would recommend them to do a great job, thanks”
