“Very good service throughout, the engineer that came was a very clued up young man and with us having a 4 month old baby in the house wouldn't leave until the boiler was up and running so thanks for that . Would defiantly rrccomand this company”

“The fitter was very good at his job in my opinion it was a two man job but he just got on with it he worked the full day . Only had 30 mins break for dinner would highly recommend him to anybody getting any work done”

“Installation of the boiler was good with good communications prior to installation. A problem with the Nest thermostat controller was quickly rectified the same day as I reported the problem. There was a delay in getting the Bosch 10 year guarantee paperwork but was quickly forwarded to me after I chased it.”

“work went well from start to finish, about 5 hours and the old boiler was out and new one installed. it has been in for a week now no problems so far. work men were pleasant cleaned up when finished. no complaints thank you. John E.”

“Brilliant service throughout with sales from Graham cooper who was helpful and not pushy to the installation lads Who spent the whole day installing who were very polite and helpful and just cracked on with the job and not Leary wanting drinks every minute Excellent service ,value for money definitely recommend to anyone looking to upgrade”

“Very Helpful representative came to give a quotation. Discussed various options and decided on the best boiler for my house. Good Price as they were very competitive against British Gas Quotation. Installation went very well and tidy. Very pleased. Only thing I would advise is that there is a form to complete before installation which states Boiler Plan will not be responsible for any damage caused during the installation. I refused to sign this and spoke with the office. The installation team were told to carry on the installation. Obviously, this is up to individual customers to decide if they want to sign or not.”

“After being let down by other companies on a new boiler fitting Boiler Plan UK shifted other jobs aside to fit my boiler when they found I had not heating or hot water and hadn't had for weeks. The company director was amazing, everything was sorted over the phone. The two men who fitted the boiler were professional from the moment they arrived and the boiler was fitted all in one day. I would recommend this company above any others for their fairness, cost, professionalism and above all customer satisfaction. Thank you Boiler Plan UK.”
