“Recommended high quality stove it really is lovely. BUT delivery service is questionable. It would have been good to have a telephone call half hour before. Luckily my nephew finished work early and had been in 5 minutes. The delivery guy was nice enough and said give us a hand mate getting it off the back of the van. He wouldn't be able to do this alone. My nephew said yes no problem when they got it on the floor the delivery driver said sign here and drove off. He could have helped my nephew in return. Better customer service with delivery please! Seems a bit one sided and poor communication to ensure 2 people are there to receive item.”

Thank you for your feedback Angela, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive a book in phone call for your delivery and this will be passed on to the courier that delivered your parcel. The website does state that heavy items require 2 people and that pallet deliveries are kerbside only. The driver should have been able to take the product off the delivery lorry himself using a tail lift or a piece of equipment to assist him. We apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.
