“Well the piezoelectric igniter didn't work on the campingaz BBQ but that dosnt matter as they usually fail within a year anyway,...the service and delivery from Hamilton was ten out of ten...thank you...steve”

“I bought 2 Super Heat Catalytic portable gas heaters - one I couldn't light the pilot from the start and the other I managed to light the pilot but after 3 days of use, the pilot failed to light, so I returned the gas heaters to Hamilton - their return service was very good and the staff helpful. I am now waiting for a refund after their gas engineer had checked the heaters. In the meantime I bought a Kingavon 4.2Kw and by contrast to the Catalytic heater, lighting the pilot of this heater is a JOY! Every time I pressed the red button, the pilot of the Kingavon lit 1st time without fail.”

“Amazing experience from placing our order to receiving our new fire it was our local calor gas shop that put us in touch with you so pleased they did our fire arrived as requested in two days it was well packed I would definitely recommend you to anyone thank you”

“Really pleased with the gas fire , works perfectly for our office. Had to make one phone call to find out how to switch the gas off ( by the bottle not the unit) These instructions where not in the manual. The person I spoke to was very helpful 👍 Thanks Nick johns”

“USELESS! TOLD THEM I HADN'T USED CALOR STOVE BEFORE, & WAS GIVEN A PACKAGE OF STOVE/HOSE/REGULATOR - WAS TOLD REG. FIT 15 & 7KG BUT NOT TOLD THERE WAS A 4.5KG!! AS I'M SERIOUSLY ILL & DISABLED, i HAD TO GET THE 4.5 AS I COULDN'T LIFT THE OTHERS. HAMILTON TOTALLY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO I WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER REGULATOR ... ELSEWHERE, NATURALLY 😞😔😫😠”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see that you ordered your stove, hose and regulator as separate products which unfortunately do not come assembled. We have looked at the phone recording and can see that our advisor confirmed that the regulator that was being ordered was for the 7Kg & 15Kg cylinders. If you would like to return the unused regulator back to us a refund can be processed.
