“Found the two new covers/taps for the water and gas points on my motorhome. The replacement was relatively easy, and now the van looks so much brighter now that the yellow plastic covers have been replaced with white ones.”

“Brilliant. On spec I asked for advice about an incompatibility between a propane cylinder and a the regulator attached to a 40 year old heater ( never used from new ). From photos of the two items, based on their colours, they were able to identify that the regulator was a superseded item and inform me about the correct model. This was by a rapid return of email. The required device was in stock, surprisingly cheap and promptly despatched.”

“After mum passed away we found her living flame fire needed new igniter, we tried for weeks, no one stocked spare parts, could sell us a new fire but at minimum £400 was not an option. Then we found Hamilton gas product. After a short, very helpful phone call we got a switch which cost about £3”
