“Placed order on the 9th October, wrong item sent ( mistakes happen) 22nd October still waiting for the replacement. Sorry not good service”

“Bought a number of jackdaw chimney pot protectors and very pleased with them. Very heavy gauge galvanised steel, with each of about 16 legs independently moveable, giving great adjustment for diameter and nice tight fit. Recommended.”

“We ordered a blue Belle Chic heater which was delivered on the date that was forecast unfortunately there was damage which was not the fault of Hamilton. We contacted them and they very swiftly arranged collection of the damaged item and delivery of a replacement. All done within a few days, the agent we dealt with was Jonathan and he is a credit to the company Fantastic service would not hesitate to use them again”

“Great help when I got confused about regulators ie English is different from Northern Ireland 🙈 they advised me which one I needed. I ordered it and it was delivered promptly. Easily fitted 👍 thanks for all your help. Highly recommended company and great value of products”
