“I placed the order on 20/10/23 still not received the goods some 11 days later This is completely unacceptable You also took the money on the 20/10/33 Rubbish DPD lost the parcel”

The courier was unable to locate the original order and a replacement has been dispatched. We have updated you with the tracking info for the replacement order. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience it has caused.
