“Delivery fine but then discovered that product ( campinggaz chef double burner) could not be used indoors and therefore useless to me. Company's returns policy wants me to pay for costly postage from England to NI.”

Thank you for your feedback Alan, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that the product you purchased is not suitable. We have a question & answer section on the product page on our website and it does state that this product is not suitable for indoor use. Unfortunately, if a product is not suitable the customer has to cover the cost of the return postage, however, we do refund the original standard postage cost excluding any express delivery charges once the item has been received back.
