“I paid for the express delivery but it took nearly 2 weeks to get to me I know the post was busy but I got other post from everyone else . That was my only problem very nice man fixed it for me and got delivery the next day”

Thank you for your feedback Marie, it is very important to us. We can see that your order was placed on 13/12/22 at 19.32 which is after our 12-noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your order was dispatched out from us the following day, 14/12/22, and your delivery was expected to take place on 16/12/22 as you paid for the faster delivery option. We can see from the tracking that your order was delivered 3 working days later than expected due to courier delays. A refund will be processed for the extra you paid and we apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this caused you.

“Excellent quality at an even better price. This gas torch at some other places was much more expensive, but with only 2m of hose, the one bought from Hamilton gas products has a 4m hose, also quite a speedy delivery.”

“I wanted to order a thermostatic gas heater, only there was a long wait for back orders as the product would have been delivered from Italy. I decided to purchase the bluebell chic heater which arrived just over a couple of weeks ago and the gas cylinder around a week ago, it puts out a good amount of heat fairly quickly and is bigger than I imagined, hence heavier. Unfortunately, one of the casters broke when wheeling it a couple of feet away, on a solid smooth surface. This is hugely inconvenient as it was designed to be portable. I will expect the product to be replaced for a solid unit. With regards to customer service, Hamilton seemed friendly and helpful when speaking to their sales dept on the phone. Hopefully, they will be just as helpful in arranging a replacement. DPD couriers on the other hand appallingly left my heater outside on an incredibly busy road. They have no regard for your items and have a great deal to learn.”
