“Purchased an anton sprint pro2 analyser which arrived promptly and well packaged my only issue is it only came with 7 months calibration which isn't what I expected when buying a new item”

Thank you for your feedback, Percy! We’re glad to hear that your Anton Sprint Pro2 analyser arrived promptly and well packaged. All analysers are calibrated by the manufacturer before leaving their factory, but they can sit on the retailer's shelves for a short time before they are sold to the public. This means the calibration certificate will be slightly shorter than the 12-month calibration certificate supplied by the manufacturer. If the certificate is more than one month old, we ask customers to email us a picture of the calibration certificate, and we can refund the calibration cost for that time period.
