“It simply doesn't work and for 2 days on the trot they have said we will cum and pick it up still waiting and they simply don't seem interested yet they are so fast to take your money”

Hi Ian, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience with us. It sounds incredibly frustrating to be waiting for a pickup, and I understand how disappointing this must be. We strive to provide timely service, and it's clear we fell short in your case. We can see that the collection was booked for yesterday, but the DPD driver was unable to make it. It was rebooked again for today and still shows on the system as confirmed. DPD collections normally happen between 8 am and 6 pm. We will keep an eye on this collection and contact you if there are any further issues. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience the failed collection has caused.
