“I placed the order on 20/10/23 still not received the goods some 11 days later This is completely unacceptable You also took the money on the 20/10/33 Rubbish DPD lost the parcel”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We can see you contacted our customer service team to inform them you had not received the order. A trace was raised with the courier. The courier was unable to locate the original order and a replacement has been dispatched. We have updated you with the tracking info for the replacement order. We are very sorry for the time and inconvenience it has caused.
