“I needed to replace the broken ignitor on an old gas fire. This ignitor fitted perfectly! Thank you. Delivery was via royal mail post, so took a few days.”

Thank you for your feedback Gordon, it is very important to us. We can see that you placed your order on our website on Saturday 14th October. As we are closed over the weekend, your order was dispatched out on Monday 16th October. You chose our standard delivery option, which is 3-4 working days, so your order was scheduled to arrive either on the Thursday or the Friday of the same week. We can see from the tracking that your order arrived on time, on Thursday 19th October. Infomation regarding working day delivery is available on our website and there is a handy table which shows customers when to expect their parcel depending on the day they placed their order.

“Had this heater for a week now and have to say it's brilliant. You only need to have one bar of the heater running at the moment. Keeps the room lovely and warm. Highly recommended heater. Delivery only took a couple of days so overall very happy.”

“Bought a number of jackdaw chimney pot protectors and very pleased with them. Very heavy gauge galvanised steel, with each of about 16 legs independently moveable, giving great adjustment for diameter and nice tight fit. Recommended.”
